Hailey and Frey were in disguise. Frey as a reporter and Hailey as a camerawoman. They both wear a formal suit with an identification cards on the edge of their suit collar. The two were leading their way to the prison cell where the tunnel accident suspect has been detained.
It was five days after the incident occurred, and a courtroom had been prepared for the first hiring of the case.
Walking with high heads, the two reapers being human as of the moment go straightly to the Police desk, and approached to discuss their motive. After a brief discussion, Frey and Hailey were in front of an old middle-aged man. His orange t-shirt with the letter P printed on it says that he was one of the thousands of prisoners occupying the cellar.
