Chapter 158: Mara and Amanda, Part 1

Once everyone in the neighborhood learns what really happened to Aris Kohl and Samantha Bennigan four years ago, the antagonistic neighbors profusely apologize to them, and the paid actors who were placed as neighbors confessed to the crime of conspiracy and are willing to be arrested alongside Angelita Fuchs and her minions.

The remains of Samantha's parents are finally found, and they are being prepared for a proper and dignified burial.

A cop who was in the conspiracy also confesses to the crime, stating that he easily accepted the bribe to pay off his outstanding student loans; and agrees to resign from the service as a result. As a result, the blackout was lifted as soon as the cops finally took action and arrested the mastermind.

The police also furnishes a press release stating the identity, history, and most importantly, the motive of Angelita Fuchs in committing a string of crimes just to ruin Samantha's life.
