Repentance
The scholar who was part of the Zhang military fled away as quickly as he can. He utilized his rune and immediately returned to the Zhang Faction. The man practically ran in the haste of finding their patriarch.
"Patriarch Wen! Patriarch Wen!" he knocked at the door with a loud bang.
"What are shouting so early in the morning!" the patriarch opened his door and scolded the man. He was still sleeping and was awakened by the sound outside of his door.
"It's an emergency! Patriarch Wen, the useless son of the Hutong Faction had made ties with a devil from the noble universe! General Fang is dead! He was executed by the blood oath!" the scholar reported.
"Nonsense! How can an incompetent boy have such connection?!" Patriarch Wen yelled at the scholar.
