Chapter 58: School matters

Eader was elevated that he had the opportunity to go to the cafe and work there, the only problem was Sam.

They didn't have the best first impressions with each other so he had to to some how avid there conflict getting inbetween the work.

The bell rang loud, startling him. He rolled his eyes as it was another boring lesson to which he already knew everything to.

"They should really start teaching us new things," he grumbled like an old man.

When arriving, a pile of people were infront of the door. Eader's first though would be a fight. However, he saw a teacher in the centre. He was confused to what he was doing and got startled again. "Listen," it was short but he got every bodies attention with it.

Eader looked to see if he could find Samuel. "I am going to be generous so let's all go inside," he said, once again gaining the attention of the the students. Everybody sat down in there usual seats, some tried to sit next to their friends, but the teacher was a hawk.

This made Eader unable to talk to Samuel and Jennifer was not in his class. He had different ones with different people, not always with his original class. He hated it as he knew lost the people in his class as spending time with them alot longer. After the test, they split people up. Eader was no detective, but he knew what they did.

And finally, the real learning begins.

He smiled as he saw the bored. Eader was positioned in the middle-back row. Nobody to talk to. He just looked at the stern man.

"You will not be doing the same old stupid things you have been learning, that's why you took the test."

The attention he got form that, it scared most of the people in the room. Eader was just sighing from relief. He knew this was gonna happen, but he didn't expect them to move fast.

They are a prestigious school.

He just looked at the guy, hoping he would begin.

It was the end of the day. The bell rang and many people were scrambling quickly from the classrooms, one of them was Eader. He was one of the first and he made it to the brown cafe, he looked at the sign took a breath and went in.

There was no Sam, the cafe girl, but she looked fine enough. Had freckles on and he had seen her before, he did not know if she remembered him. He walked up to her," Hey, um," he tried thinking what to say," I am a new guy, and just got this," he showed the badge to her, there were three other people in the cafe. Two boys, one girl.

They did not pay attention to him and ate their delicious food. She nodded, "um ok," she gave a high pitched voice, not her usual voice, maybe just shy, or maybe she did not know what to do, she blushed a bit. "Um, come in," she said slowly, which made him know that she was not sure what she was doing, he asked a question," are you the only person here?"

He hoped that she wasn't, if so, they would probably have a problem. "Um, no," she staggered back, surprised." there is someone else," she gave a smile to make him feel better, it did. He went through the flap, and was at the back, was not the first time back here nor the last. She called out," Sam, can you help me," she said while opening the door.

He saw a grey, worn couch, the floor was the same as in the bar and the walls were rumbly white, with concrete but not reinforced. He saw a flimsy table, which had black pipe-like legs and a wooden surface. It was retractable, so you could put it away.

There was a sink and cupboards. He also saw a few clothes in a basket next to a white fancy washing machine, and finally, he saw Sam n a comfy grey less torn chair, on her phone, with her leg crossed over. "Hey, "he said in a happy girly voice.

She looked up from her phone and saw him, giving an elevated look, which surprised the girl that opened the door. Sam said enthusiastically," hey, did you get it, or what?" She spread her arms out with her phone on her lap. He nodded, showing her the badge," I got it, girl," the other lady was surprised with the relationship between the two.

She got caught off guard," hey, Jude, get out, we have customers," she said it not in a rude way, but some may mistake it to be. She gets up. Jude moves out, but before she left Eader says," thanks alot Jude," he gave a happy smile, then she left and when she was outside she blushed hard. Both hands on her cheeks and the guy trying to order something really was wondering what was happening. Back to Eader and Sam," what should I do to prove my self, is there a test?"

He questioned but she nodded her head. "We are gonna assess for a week, of course, you are not gonna get payed for that," he replied with a nod. "You will let your uniform and when you are good and ready to go, you will put this on," she pointed at a packeted uniform with the schools logo and brown all around, like coffee.

Then he pointed at the washing machine," um, what is teh washing machine for and the basket full of clothes?" He gave a concerned look, worried that it may be something bad.

She did not give a concerned look, no she did not, totally not.

"Um, " she just shrugged her shoulders. It made him look uneasy. The face made her laugh, pretty hard as it made a vague sound on the outside. Jude heard it, and wondered what they were talking about. The guy finally left, enjoying his drink.

"Ok, so I just do that," he said both walking out of the room. "Yeah, Jude will teach you the way, isn't that right?" She moved her head to her, she was startled. "Huh, um, yeah sure," she stuttered. Eader says," thanks, I have know idea how to use them."

Jude straight away replies, trying to make him feel better," no, no, its fine, it will take time to get use to it," she added a smile. Eader smiled back laughing, and Sam gave a dumb look.

Really, what the-
