Arrogance
"Ho! It was nice enlightenment." Qin released a deep breath as he walked out of the room. But just as he walked out, the old man stopped him. The old man glanced at him and asked "Boy, are you Qin Che, the new disciple who joined the sect from the back door?"
Hearing his words, Qin speechlessly looked at him. He wanted to raise his middle finger but he controlled himself and spoke: "My name is Qin Che but I entered the sect from the front door."
"I don't care what door you used to enter the sect. I have a special job for you. Do you want to do it?" The old man shook his head and spoke with a low tone. There was no one around.
Qin raised his eyebrows. He sensed something fishy here but he didn't reject immediately. After all, he was just a disciple now.
"Yes, please! I would be glad to help the elder."
