CHAPTER 19

The warden and the rest of the people in the jail turned blind eyes about Lu Shaoming's affair in the jail. He no longer given a visitor so when Lu Chenmiao wanted to see his father, he was told that his father was transferred to mental facility.

Hatred consumed his heart when he saw his father in the corner of his room with straight jacket, eyes bloodshed and hair uncombed. He wasn't able to talk to his father because his father attacked everyone who comes near.

He left the mental facility with another reason to avenge his family. He didn't know that someone was following him since the day he brought havoc at the Lu Corporation.

Arianna received the envelope consisting of all the details and whereabouts of Lu Shaoming's family. His wife and the younger children were smart enough to leave the country with the help of the government agency for their safety but the eldest son, Lu Chenmiao, decided to stay and planned for revenge but he didn't know that everything was in Arianna's way.

Kevin Gu thought that Arianna still has feelings for him so he started wooing her again. When Channing heard of it from his assistant he was fuming. After resolving the problem at the construction site, he went to the capital to pay a visit to his twins and his future wife (in his mind, Arianna's his wife already because she gave birth to his sons).

He first visited the twins at the ancestral villa with cakes and pastries because he knew that his sons have all the modern gadgets in the world so he attacked the best way to gain their trust, their stomachs, the twins were food lovers.

When he arrived at the ancestral villa, boxes of food were put at the table on the gazebo. The twins didn't know yet that he's their father because Arianna didn't tell them yet and there was no opportunity to talk to her regarding that matter yet. He respected her decision. He ain't rushing things at the moment and he believes that patience is a virtue.

Old master was sitting with a newspaper on his hands while the boys were fumbling with their laptops. When they saw the meat buns, cakes and other smoothies they hurriedly took their chopsticks and ate.

"You don't have to bring these lots of food. They know you already and they were hinting that you were already their father when you donated blood." Grandfather said.

"Grandfather, I still need to respect Ari's decision. I didn't know what happened after that night. It was my fault for all the hardships she and the twins encountered", Channing replied.
