Chapter 29 Meet the Sister-in-Law

Fan Xi's foot moved back and forth, but she still did not step out.

She gave up.

It would have been fine if they met in private. If Ye Wan ignored her, she wouldn't embarrassed. But with so many people here, she would also be embarrassed if Ye Wan was rude and humiliated.

After hesitating, Fan Xi turned around and walked into another alley that led to the bus station.

A group of students surrounded a short-haired girl from inside the shop. When the short-haired girl walked down the stairs, she almost stumbled and fell to the ground. Saw this, Fan Xi quickly rushed forward to help her.

Fan Xi winked at her.

Ye Wan looked at the few girls with ill intentions and then looked at Fan Xi. She glared at the leader, "What is it to you? No rule in the school prohibits students from doing business, right?"

"Besides, this thing is not hers. I am asking her to help me." Fan Xi followed Ye Wan's words and explained.

However, she could tell at a glance that these girls would not be trifled with. She estimated they had probably done this sort of thing more than once or twice.

The group leader had trendy, long, wavy hair. She had light makeup and high heels. Despite dressing like a student, she was intimidating. She scowled at Fan Xi, "Are you fooling us? Someone is witnessing Ye Wan bringing these items from the dorm!"

"I am witnessing it!" after speaking to the leader girl, the other short-haired girl stopped being contemptuous. "Yuan Yuan, that Aunt lied and could not be trusted. Ye Wan owned them."

Fan Xi knew that Ye Wan didn't want to admit she was her sister-in-law, but Fan Xi thought about it and felt there was no need to expose their relationship.

It was worth it if helping Ye Wan get out of trouble could ease their relationship.

"You!"

Yuan Yuan was speechless. She turned her head and pointed at Ye Wan. "Ye Wan, I fear this is not the helper you invited. Someone sees it is yours, so why do you say it is hers?"
