Gi, Nero, Dasos, Fotia, And the kingdom of anemos

Chapter 4: Gi, Nero, Dasos, Fotia and the kingdom of anemos

5 years pass and now i'm 5, and i finally found enough information about this world, but i wonder where's hadley now? is she eating well? is she in the same world as me? but anyway let's focus on the information i gathered first...

Kronos is what they call the world, it's a greek word for world and was named after the god of time, the lands were also in greek., the land of Gi, Nero, Dasos, Fotia and anemos.

"ezu, i heard you want another book to read? here" i smiled at Mother Fate and accepted the book she squeezes my cheer for a bit before walking out my room.

that was mother fate, my supposed to be caretaker for today but she couldn't because they were having a awakening ritual. what is awakening ritual? i tell you about that later, first let's discuss about the lands.

The land of Gi, is what you call in earth, earth. not the planet earth but the land... it's in the east corner of kronos, here in this planet you'll citizens who's specialize in working bare hand or tools, like carpentering.  The land of Gi is the wealthiest land when it comes to natural resources because mountains and caves can be commonly seen in this land.

the land of nero or water is where you'll find individuals who's expertise lies on water, there's a myth in this land that they were guarded by mermaids and merman, and a myth about a kraken that lies in the deep of the Nero's ocean also roam around every corner in nero. The land of Nero is the wealthiest land when Jewelries where the issue.

Dasos is the land of forest, silks are commonly found in this land, fashion is a regular pattern of the citizens and dasos is rich in fresh fruits, The land of dasos is the most peaceful land in the whole kronos. the same in nero they also have a myth, it's about fairies that lives in every forest that surrounds the whole dasos.

The land of Fotia or fire... the most chaotic land among the rest, originally, Fotia is the most peaceful land but centuries ago a war breaks out and the once peaceful land become chaotic, when Fotia lose the war peaceful finally appeared but it immediately went away when a newly king reigned, that kind is very viscous and hungry in money. thus the land never once had peace.

lastly is the most largest and wealthiest land, The land of Anemos. The land of Anemos is where i am currently in, nobles and wealthy merchants lives in this land. so you would expect that the land of wind/Fotia has many big mansions and fancy houses and expensive stores.

"Ezu, are you bored come i'll take you to a tea party" i nod and held Maiden fate's hand and we started walking towards the church's garden.

so i'll tell you more about this land... Anemos is very fancy and wealthy, but the rotten attitude of the people is in the top list, people are always smiling even though they hate the person they are with, they keep on dissing others and finding fault to everyone's behavior. it's tiring and exhausting, everyone thinks being on the top means you are superior but who cares about them?

Anemos has an academy where nobles studies and yes only nobles can study, you are lucky if you are commoner and you can study in this academy.. they are actually commoners who are given an opportunity to study in this place, those commoners must be a genius either on academic or combat skills, and must be from a well known family.

"here you go ezu, wait for me okay i'll get your snack and tea"

"Okay mother Fate" she kisses my forehead and left me sitting on the chair.

so where are we? ah right.... one thing that differs from this world to my former is that, nobles have an ability.no not like those powers you seen from animations, but abilities such as telekinesis, telepathy, agility, strength, and such. every noble have this so called awakening that happens every time they reach the age of 5... 

how does this work? well they would help place the child in front of the statue of their God, the statue is wearing a huge cloak and dress making the face hidden as well as the body., it's like a Statue wrap in a Golden cloth and sitting on a humongous chair.

so while the child is sitting in front of the statue they would make the child meditate and the Holy maidens together with the priest would surround the child and pray.

they would pray for the child's forgiveness, bless the child with an ability suitable to them.

that's how the ritual works. how did i know? i accidentally saw it once. anyway i can't have an awakening ritual even though i'm five, because i'm not a noble... unfair huh...

but i don't care though.

i heard footsteps behind me so i immediately turn around to know who is it... i know it's not maiden fate, because i'm pretty certain she walked out in front of me not behind me... well i know she can go behind me but ... hmm i guess it's possible for her to walk behind me but eh who cares.

when my eyes landed to the owner of the footsteps i feel a huge disappointment filled my system.

it wasn't mother fate but a man with amazing features.

those where the words i said when i heard a voice, and the voice didn't disappoint me, i found myself in the otome game i love so much!... thank you voice!

i wonder if it was god? then it means... i'm the chosen one right? so i must do my job as a heroine then? because this world is mine to conquer! yoshhh! goodluck me!

anyway the priestess is a girl who holds the card of the queen, she received the blessings of Apollo, and was locked inside the house away from everyone's eyes and knowledge causing her to grow naive and doesn't know anything around her, she's stupid but very beautiful.

and i am that girl, hadley lockwood... i was supposed to be locked like the original heroine but i acted cutely and revealed my self as a genius and become a well known prodigy at the age of 3. so here i am freely roaming around the estate.

if you are wondering what this cards mean, then let me explain... they are 7 cards in the prophecy, these cards are powerful, the person holding a card would surely receive the blessing of the Gods of the gods, he who shall not be name and see, that person would be gifted with strength and agility and an power depending on the card the person is holding. it might looks lame but i will explain those two.

the strength is not your average strength nor agility too, the person that holds a card would become stronger than a strength ability holder, he would also be faster as if he would just glide in the air when running. Power... the cards has different kinds of power to offer.

the king card has the power of command, no one but the holders of the cards could escape this ability, you probably already grasp what command can do.

The queen has the power of Light, yeah your knowledge about light in most anime is the same in the priestess.

the jack contains the power of regeneration, an ability of replacing or restoring damaged or missing cells, tissues, organs, and even entire body parts to full function, yep just like an immortal. no one knows how to kill the holder of the jack, so pretty much they are label as an immortal.

Ace has the power of knowledge, just like people says knowledge is power... The holder of this card can remember everything his eyes landed on, he could memorize an entire book for an hour and never forgets it.

Joker of red. The power of Charm and manipulation lies in this card, the holder of Red Joker can manipulate everyone's desire... Everyone would adore them and obey them however the power that is inside of this card was sealed by the former King Card Holder, so it's pretty much useless for now.

The power of charm and manipulation us the same as the king's Command however, the former can only be use to the person opposite to the holder's gender and the king's command is for everyone.

The Joker Of black or the phantom joker has the ability to control darkness, yep just like the light.

Lastly the deadliest is The Deck of cards in human terms it's called Necromancy. Controlling the dead and reviving them is one of the ability it called do.

oh and by the way my family is not a commoner, in my opinion, we're just a wealthy merchant and a well known family. 

anyway let's talk about my husbands to be...

first is my beloved prince, Ryan Prescott holder of the King card, yeah hehehe, the prince of Anemos Kingdom! He's good at swords and very intelligent, a suitable king! Though he can be a tsundere at times.

Clive Wallace, The genius knight, he's very protective and can get reckless when it comes to protecting those person he vows to protect.

Tatum Lockwood, no he's not the heroine's brother, he was given the same surname when the heroine's parents found out he doesn't have one. he's cold and would grow into a sadist, but despite his sadistic personality he's a powerful mage, a genius per se and i really like him.
