His red eyes darted towards the sleeping woman lying gently against the bed. Her peachy-skin and was vibrant now, and she wasn't bone-thin anymore. She looked younger than before, and now he was able to see why 'He' regarded her as beautiful.

He talked to her before, but she was able to see through him.

'You're not Jonathan.' She said with observant eyes. 'Where is he?'

That happened in the days they were in Magierstadt—when 'he' was trying to test the vessel. However, Jonathan was able to switch back to his body easily, so he discerned that the vessel is still not ready.

This woman was the one who bewitched his incarnation, after a thousand years. 

'Do not touch her.'

"I will not," he answered. "Once the magic completes, we will become one. You shall be the one touching her."
