Medeia's Pessimistic Thoughts
Orlon's jaw tightened as he watched Lucian deflect the bullets with nothing more than his mind. The bullets stopped in mid-air, then fell to the ground like harmless rocks.
"General," Colton lowered his voice. "If Eddie is right about him, then he can also ruin our entire base."
Orlon spat on the ground. "Nonsense. I have fought many mutants since the end of the world and no one has ever beaten me."
He continued, "He may be strong, but as long as I can touch him, he is nothing more than a useless rat."
Medeia, who had a sharp hearing, laughed when she heard his words. "A useless rat, you say? Yes, in theory you can indeed disable all mutants in this world, even a strong mutant will kneel before you."
She sneered at him, "But remember, it only happens when you touch them. You only have one chance to kill Lucian and you have already ruined it, General."
