End of Mission

As soon as they entered the camp again, Gael ran to check on Theo and was surprised when he saw the other people following him. But unfortunately for him, he misunderstood what had happened, he hurried to speak loudly for everyone to hear.

"Help, save me, this man kidnapped me and forced me to be his slave. Now that you have defeated him, could you free me?" He said with a regretful expression.

"You've got something mixed up here, boy, we are all refugees saved by our new lord, and now his subordinates, and we are already aware of your situation, as well as the game that has taken hold in our world." Said the beastmen.

Gael's expression went from dejected to furious within a few seconds, but that's when he realized what he had just done. Talking badly about Theo in front of him, thinking that he had lost a battle to a group of players, now he would have to face the consequences of his actions and he already imagined what they would be.

"You are prohibited from speaking for a week, and tonight you will be without dinner, this will be your punishment and be grateful that I still need you, otherwise you would be holding a knife to your neck choking on your blood." Theo said, seeing that Amethyst was already prepared to kill him.

Gael tried to retort, but his voice wouldn't come out, no matter how hard he tried, this was one of the invisible powers that the game system controlled. And now he was also controlled by Theo, the power to control the body and actions of other people who were subordinate to the system.

Angry and depressed about missing dinner, Gael walked away, he would remember to never be rash again in front of Theo or his units. He also realized that Amethyst was ready to kill him at any moment, at the slightest nod from Theo she would attack him with the dagger she had with her.

After what happened, Theo turned to his new subordinates, telling them that it wouldn't happen again, he also said that for today they would have to share a small house to sleep. They didn't mind, as they had been sharing a cell for a few weeks, so staying another night wouldn't be a problem.

He then created the small house with the resources he had collected from the kobolds and a few more that he took from his inventory, so he said goodbye to everyone and went to his house to rest. Copper had leveled up to level three today, but he hadn't gained any skills this time, just as Theo imagined he would, as he himself only gained his second skill at level 5.

That night, during dinner, he took the opportunity to define the occupations of each of his new subordinates so that the next morning he wouldn't have to give orders before they started their work. The beastmen called Kornel would be in charge of helping to cut down and transport trees, as his strength was far superior to the others, but he would also help the skeletons in defending the camp.

The human couple would be placed as cultivators, helping their zombie tend future fruit trees for Copper. Their names were Alan and Marina, they were great traders and after the game situation evolved to have trade between players and the cities or kingdoms of this world, they would occupy a position in that area.

As for Alika, having lived in this forest for many years, she would have a job as a collector, collecting fruits, mushrooms, roots and everything edible to complement her meals. And, of course, she would also be Theo's magic teacher in her spare time, or at night when they had little to do.

Amethyst had already informed him that everything was ready, so he could improve the mausoleum, so after dinner that's exactly what he did. Approaching his military building, he wanted to check the improvement information and immediately agreed to do so.

Spending 200 energy stones, his mausoleum shone and was surrounded by light for some time, when it stopped shining he received two notifications, one expected and another that was a surprise.

This was the announcement that surprised Theo, he already expected to gain something from the game after raising the mausoleum to a new level, but he thought he wouldn't be the first in the world to do so. Now as for the new section of the menu, he would see it tomorrow, as he was exhausted from having walked so much and also spent all his MANA on classes with Alika, he simply stored the chests.

Theo had noticed that as his MANA ran out he became more and more tired, so at Alika's suggestion he removed the ring that increased his MANA. And used it all and, in order not to suffer from it, he replaced the ring. Tomorrow he would use the same method to complete his mission, exhausting his MANA and quickly putting on the ring so as not to suffer the effects of the lack of it.

He headed to his house after showering with Copper behind his house for more privacy. Then he lay down and fell asleep, having a great night's sleep and regaining all his energy.

When he woke up the next morning, he was in a good mood as he had slept well. He then performed his morning ritual and a new skeleton emerged from the mausoleum, but this one was different from all the others he had ever summoned.

That was when he realized that he hadn't seen the new details of the building yesterday, and that must be the reason for this knight in front of him.

Just by observing his abilities, one could tell that he was a medium or high level skeleton, if his appearance didn't already tell. His equipment was much better than what Bones and the rest had, and his horse made entirely of bones with green fire glowing from its skull was a spectacular sight.

After positioning him as a camp guard, Theo decided to complete his mission, so he could see all the rewards at once, and that's what he did.
