Disgust was my first emotion, then sadness for the children, and lastly numbness, Gamer's mind again stopping me from rushing into action.
Why wasn't I surprised? I always expect the worst from people, so when you discover a man with telepathy powers, an inability to walk which could evolve into an inferiority complex and an anger issue, and deals with younger people, the mixture isn't something pleasing.
After the constructs dissolved I looked back at Jean.
"So? Ask it."
"What?" She asked, not understanding what I meant.
"You don't come at devil's door only to stop at the last step, say what you want me to do."
"...Kill him." She said with anger in her voice, her green eyes turning a fiery red, the same color as the being on her side.

The anti-hero perks double my reward if I do something seen as good by other people, and the mercenary doubles my rewards when I do something in exchange for something, both things I am currently doing.
" I need the location of the school."
She tells me the location of Xavier's School for Gifted Youngsters, which after checking on the internet is defined more as an orphanage than an actual school.
" Do you wish to come with me?"
" We are going now? We need to prepare"
" Why would I waste time doing something like that, when I have everything I need with me."
She looks at the Phoenix, and it simply nods its head.
" Bastet, come out, we are going for a stroll."
Suddenly a tear in the fabric of space opens and a black cat with golden eyes appears, putting itself on my shoulder as if it was a scarf.
The phoenix seeing the cat visible flinches, most likely knowing what it is.
" Can you open a portal to the coordination she just said?"
It meows with sarcasm and another tear in the space opens in front of us.
I simply walk through it and find myself above the institute, I have new armor fully made of vibranium and monster materials ( looks like Jason todd armor from the batman games) and activate my flight skill to stay above the school.

I activate the microphone mode of my armor and attract the attention of all the people in the school.
" Dear gifted students, I am here to avenge you for the torture you have been through," I said while looking at Jean.
She understood what I meant and removed all the locks from everyone's memories, her current telepathic abilities being leagues above Charles' ones.
Screams and cries began spreading from the whole institute, the people on the side of Charles were visibly disgusted, one was a man with sideburns, and the other was a woman with white hair.
I didn't see what they had been through but they sure are angry.
Using my telekinesis I stopped the man with the sideburns from killing Charles, that is my job.
" No no no, killing him wouldn't be enough," I said after blinking behind Charles.
The woman angers spikes and lighting comes out of both her eyes and hands, annoyed by it I take out a piece of metal shaped as a battery and throw it at her.
As if it was alive it attaches to her body and absorbs all the lighting she was emanating.
" Neither burning to a crisp would be enough."

I turn towards him, a sickening something hidden by my helmet.
" Still trying to use your bullshit on everyone? It won't work this time."
I take out a vial from my inventory and I put it inside his mouth, crashing it by punching him in his maw.
" What did you do?" The man with the sideburns asked.
" Something worse."
The body of Charles slowly started convulsing, all his muscles and organs, apart from his heart and brain, rotting at a visible rate.
