For the New York heroes and citizens, the day had started like any other, people getting robbed and then saved by heroes, kids going to school, drunk naked men running in the middle of the road, you know, the usual.
But everything changed when several portals opened in the sky, and doom descended.
Aliens of every size began attacking the city, those who had survived the last invasion, recognized the aliens, but this time they were much more prepared and stronger than last time.
So strong that the heroes didn't have a lot of time to save the citizen, and the casualties started to rise, everyone ran away from the area, hiding inside the now normal alien invasion safe points, underground anti-atomic bombs basements.
That was the reason why I was able to do what I did without any casualties, my scream wasn't for the citizen, but for the heroes, in the city every once in a while being attacked by any possible enemy, it became prepared to easily make the citizen escape.
But now let's go back to the cat on my shoulder.

"Yes, I do, see those portals up there? Any possibility you can close them?"
Bastet looks at those portals, and as if I was mocking it, he gently slaps my face with its tail and raises its paw towards the portals.

I alter my voice and start using my acting skill to their max.
"CITIZEN OF NEW YORK, WE HAVE SURVIVED ANOTHER ATTACK, BUT FOR WHAT? FOR ANOTHER ATTACK TO COME? FOR THE DEATH OF THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE? SO THAT THE HEROES CAN TAKE THE GLORY OF SAVING YOU FROM ANOTHER ATTACK? As if filled by a strange energy, all the citizens who weren't seriously injured immediately took any type of weapon and started to kill the aliens who were either injured or trying to escape due to their technology not functioning, you are welcome.
What I said was complete bullshit, but since I know how the average American brain works, plus the effect of acting, lying, socializing, and taunting, I was able to make every citizen turn their fear into anger, making their body fill with adrenalin giving them the courage necessary to kill all the aliens.
But just to be sure, I activated heat vision and searched for any strange life form who wasn't a human and notified everyone's phone of their location.
The streets were filled with screams, either from anger, ecstasy, or aliens.
After 3 minutes, most of the aliens were dead, using the hoverboard I was on I slowly got on the ground, while continuing to use heat vision and technomancy to notify all the citizens, finding it easier than ever before.
I finally got on the ground, and I was able finally to take a look at the rewards I got from killing all those aliens, completing my class, and completing the quest.
