Looming hand

The part that I recognized were these strange tubes that were filled with a dark liquid inside of the puppet.

It seemed like that liquid was alive judging by how it moved around in the tube, but the colour really was off putting.

This was something that I had seen before when the beautiful woman had given a tube of this black liquid to the dark wizard.

But even before that, I had seen this dark liquid before.

It had only been a passing glance when I saw these things before, so I hadn't really made the link to them before this. However, now that I was seeing these tubes filled with black liquid inside of the beautiful woman, I made the connection.

It was something that I had seen in the underground lab of the vampires.

At the same time, it was something that I had seen in the room where they held Elena.

There had been tubes filled with this black liquid in those places.
