"Do you... wanna build a snowman?" The man in a black suit said to the purple-haired kid.
"Can you repeat the question please?"
"Do you want to join the government as an agent?" he repeated the question at his request.
"What will be my benefits in there?" Suzuki asked, not wanting to lose anything in the contract negotiation.
"A cool-headed kid huh. I like your thinking process." The man replied, amused by Suzuki's intelligence. "If you join us, you would be able to have the best medical education. You will be trained to be a good fighter, able to contend against the top ten of the heroes ladder. In exchange, you will help us by doing some missions.
"I understand, I don't see any problem with this deal. So, I suppose that I won't be leaving with my parents since we are too far away from here right?"
"Yes sweetie, you will live in a kind of boarding school and we can come to see you during the weekend, you can come back during the holidays. Your father and I agree it's the best thing to do for your dream." His mother said, on the verge of tears.
"And it isn't as if we aren't going to see you again, you will still call us each week and see us in the holidays right?" Haji said, very proud of his son.
"hahaha, for sure! I will never forget this opportunity, mom dad, I love you!" Suzuki said, jumping in his mother's and father's arms.

"Seeing such a heart-warming scene is beautiful you know, but we have things to do. Suzuki, you should go with your parents to take all your stuff and say goodbye to all your little friends, since you won't be seeing them often." The still unknown man said to Suzuki, starting to leave the room.
"Wait, mister, you still didn't tell me your name yet." Suzuki said, making the man stop and turn around to look at him.
"It is very rude on my part, let me introduce myself. I am Jotaro, you can call me Jotaro-sama. There is no need to be in hurry to know more about me, I will be your captain for the next years." Jotaro said, finally leaving the room.
"Well, let's depart now so we can have a little family-bonding time before you begin your fabulous adventure son!" Suzuki's father said before leaving with his family.
Meanwhile, in a white and blue office, a man is seated behind a desk. He can be observed looking at different files with different kids' names. The unknown man has a large grin, observing the files cleanly placed next to each other. On one of the files, we can see the photo of a child, with purple hair and eyes with a percentage of "100%" written in red, next to his photo.
"With him there, the team is finally complete, the perfection of my branch. The agents who will topple upon all the heroes and villains of this country. They will defend the government from these wannabe heroes who don't listen to the rules. They will be the army of the government!" ending his monologue with a stereotypical laugh of a villain in the movies, he put the files in a drawer which he then locked.
After the bonding time of the Reed family, a kid can be seen walking on the road, toward a park where a lot of kids noises can be heard.
(Suzuki's POV)
Alright, the only thing I need to do now, is to say my goodbyes to my dear cousin Katsuki. I heard from my mother who herself heard from her sister, Katsuki's mother, that his quirk awakened today. It is a surprise since he is yet 4 years old, but heh, it isn't as if I care about it.
While approaching the park's sandbox, I see that a lot of kids don't go near the deeper part of the park.
'Aunt told me that he went to the park to play with his friends, I want to be done with the goodbyes and quickly go back to the agency. I don't feel good here, I don't want stupid kids to approach me to play.'
Suddenly I heard a kid yelling something "You worthless Deku, let go of my hand!"
'Isn't it Katsuki's voice? They are next to the river.' I thought while going past the trees.
When I got there, I saw Katsuki on his ass, in the river. "Oï Katsuki what are you doing in there?" I asked him quite surprised by the scene in front of him. Two kids were waiting on the grass while another one with green hair was taking back his extended hand toward Katsuki.
"Suzuki?" he asked surprised to see me here.
"Did you hurt yourself? Don't stay in the water you will catch a cold." I said to him from the grass since I didn't want to be wet.
"Wait I am coming... hurgh!" He seems to have hurt his right leg.
"aaaah don't worry I am here Kacchan!" The green boy made a move toward Katsuki but I was way too fast.
"[Room], [Shambles]" I said, using my quirk to make Katsuki switch his place with a rock beside me.
"What?!" The kids exclaimed, seeing me use my quirk.
"I just used my quirk to make Katsuki go where he won't get slapped by a fish." I said casually, it isn't a big deal but they look as if I was the messiah.
"I can move, no need to show your quirk like that, I can make a lot of explosions!" the blonde kid yelled in my ears.
"God knows that I don't give a flying **** about your superiority complex. So stop bitching about it and hop on my back, I can't leave you like a crippled on the floor. Aunt will kill me, then it will be your turn." I said carrying him on my back.
"Tsk. Why are you even here in the first place? I thought you hated being surrounded by kids."
"Oh, yes. I wanted to say that I will study in a boarding school, so we can see each other as often as usual." I said swiftly.
"Wha-"
