Zhang Li and Chu Feng watched from that small window for over an hour as all manner of creatures and terrors entered the building, hulking monsters with their flesh covered in fused bones, horrific creatures with flesh turned inside out flicking sharp tentacles around like monsters from a sci-fi horror flick.

"We have to enter... to help them. There are so many young students..." 

The floor vibrated from the zombies hitting the ground. Those huge mountain-like zombies smashed the entire front wall as Zhang Li's body trembled, her beautiful yet mature face filled with worry as she bit her peach-coloured lips.

"Are you stupid, Auntie? Those monsters, how many bullets do you think it would take from your little pistole to kill that huge one?" Chu Feng had a point and knew that guns were decent initially, but eventually, specialised weapons made from the zombies were a big hit in the novel...
