Willow knew that the probability that her worries coming true was less, maybe even impossible since 18 spies including her son who are reporting her can't possibly be fooled or subdued in just a month. Their stories matched and the reasons they gave about the other spies not answering made sense.
However, Willow still felt like it would be better to be careful here.
