A Talk With the Unordinary
"Even if they are one of the so-called Top Clans,"
Nux spoke, his tone was calm, his words, however, spread a wave of deafening silence all over the stadium.
The executives of the top clans who could feel Nux looking at them had solemn looks on their faces as well,
"He knows we are here."
One of them spoke.
"We might not be able to follow through with our plan of steering away from him before we know more about him."
Another Executive narrowed his eyes.
"Stop talking, we will be getting some of our answers soon."
The room turned silent.
On the other hand, the man who was sitting with Nux suddenly leaned forward and,
"I apologize, I will be breaking the flow here and ask a follow-up question. Sir Nux, what you just said, can it be seen as a threat?"
Nux stared at the man who asked this question and a small smile appeared on his face.
'He was sent by them.'
