Not the right time

As they were on their way to the palace, she began seeing blur and Xania glanced at her as memories of her past began stirring within her head, ones that she could not understand, since everything was almost black and white and she gritted her teeth as she held onto her head.

Kei looked at her and his brows furrowed, wondering what was going on with her since it was strange for her to act that way and he glanced at Luca, who was looking at her curiously as well, wondering what was with the sudden change in her demeanor.

He handed her his water and she looked at it and her brows furrowed, since she did not trust him due to what she had endured within the family so far and Kei took it then sipped it before handing it to her, showing her that it was perfectly fine to drink it.

She thanked him then drank the water, realizing that everything was fine with her and she did not need to worry anymore and she exhaled deeply, feeling a bit relieved after the day's events, ones that she could not predict in the slightest since everything was chaotic and she knew it was only the start.

Soon after they arrived at the palace and she got out and her eyes narrowed as she began getting flashed within her mind along with hearing a loud growl within her ears, wondering where it came from and why this was suddenly happening to her.

Xania hovered around her worried that she may be getting glimpses of her past way too soon, something that could trigger different feelings within her and cause her growing state to falter, something he knew that she could not afford at the moment, something that could only happen at a right time, which was most certainly not then.

"What is happening to me..." She mumbled as her vision blurred completely as she began getting glimpses of a field, surrounded by dead and her hands covered in blood with a blade.

"Violet? What's wrong?" Kei asked as he approached her and she glanced at him.

"I- I don't know what is wrong with me... I do not feel so goof Kei..." She responded.

The brothers exchanged glances and just as she was about to fall unconscious, Luca grabbed onto her almost instinctively and Kei glanced at him and Luca exhaled deeply as she fell unconscious completely and he lifted her up in his arms.

"What a pain in the ass this one is..." He muttered as he walked away with her in his arms and Kei could not help but chuckle, as he followed after them.

Luca took her to her room and placed her on the bed as he looked down at her with his eyes narrowed, annoyed and Kei chuckled then covered her with the blanket, wondering why she suddenly fainted, since she seemed perfectly fine earlier.

"Get the healers to find out what is wrong with her and why she fainted, I am not taking responsibility if it is from the fight earlier," Luca said.

"I do not think it is from the fight, she looked perfectly fine, until she began acting a bit odd, well whatever I will go get the healers, do not bother her and cause trouble big bro," Kei said as he rushed out of the room, to go find the royal healers.

Luca grumbled under his breath at Kei's words but, he understood why his younger brother said that to him, since his relationship with Violet was not a simple one, it was quite complicated and as he stood there, many thoughts ran through his head, as he looked down at her with a slight curiosity in his eyes, wondering what could possibly be going on with her to bring out so many different changes at once, so many things that never happened before.

Violet began mumbling words he could not understand in her unconscious state and his brows furrowed as he leaned in closer to listen and Xania looked at him curiously, hoping that she would wake up soon since he knew the reason as to why she was like that.

'It's still too early for you to be remembering your past like that kiddo, you have no tapped into your full potential as yet and memories of a life you used to live will only put you on hold, causing you a much harder time to move forward and reach the goal you want, now is not the time for you to have your memories,' Xania thought as he looked at her with his eyes glowing slightly blue.

At the same time the healer entered the room alongside Kei and she looked at Violet before sitting beside her on the bed and her eyes glowed green as a green magic circle was formed on Violet's body, to test her.

As the healer did her job, Xania made sure she could not detest anything within Violet's body that she should not, while the brothers stood aside, waiting for her to finish.

After a while of running her tests, she placed her hand on Violet's forehead before moving away.

"She will be fine... It's just tiredness and since she is now using her abilities more than before it could be considered a side effect, let her rest she will be fine by the morning," The woman said.

"Okay, thank you," Kei replied and she nodded then left the room but both of the brothers were still a bit skeptical since they had a feeling there was more to it than they could see, but decided to just let it be like that for the time being.

"Come on, we should listen to what the doctor said and let her rest for now, she seems to need it, I don't want you to make any trouble bro, we can talk to her tomorrow," Kei said as he walked out of Violet's room.

Luca scoffed then followed him out, gently closing the door behind him, while Xania kept an eye on Violet in her form with his eyes glowing and he rested his hand on her head, to keep her calm, as well as suppress unwanted memories to disturb her, since he had no choice but to do it, for her own good.
