Gotten into

She held her breath and her cheeks got pink due to her not breathing, the creature peeked at her, while floating in the air around her, it was similar to a bunny, with short ears and a red marking on its forehead and fluffy tail with gold and red eyes, it was the very creature the dragon had asked to approach her when she came of age.

The creature left staring at her, as her eyes followed it around, realizing that she was not breathing and holding her breath, causing her face to look red and funny and it burst out laughing.

Its laughter echoed in the open space as it held its tummy and her brows twitched in irritation, when she realized what she was doing, she took a deep breath and exhaled deeply.

"She looked at the creature, while catching her breath and the creature glanced at her from the side of its eyes, with a mischievous glint in its eyes and her eyes narrowed when she saw that.

At the time, she had a lot of questions on her mind and did not appreciate being messed with, since she had a lot to do and didn't even know where she was.

"What or who the hell are you?" She asked and the creature chuckled.

"I am Xania, I am a magical creature not a who, you are quite the funny one and I am a male, don't mind y name it's the stupid boss of mine that named me based on my looks," He said and she held back her laughter since he looked cute and could be passed as a female.

He noticed her stifled laughter and his brows twitched in irritation as he dashed to her and she dodged him on her toes and chuckled.

"Alright, I get what you are or who you are, whatever that's not what interests me in the first place, tell me what I am doing here and where I am, can you do that Xania?" She asked and he scoffed with a pout as he turned away from her and she raised her brows.

"Fine," He relented as he approached her and she tilted her head as she looked at him, while he float around in the air before her eyes, which irritated her to the bone, but she decided to let it be, for now...

"Well?" She asked.

"Wait a minute would ya? I am thinking about how I should explain and how much I should tell you," He responded and she sighed and tapped her feet while waiting, her patience with him wearing quite thin.

"Fine... You were brought here because you need to make a decision for the selection, the event that will be starting to choose that leader," He said, her ear perked up, for what he had just said, caught her attention immediately and she stopped tapping her feet on the ground.

"Oh? Is that so? Then go on, I am listening to what you have to say since I have been thinking about that for a while now, you are a mysterious creature but, magic is spread throughout this world so, not much question with your type of existence, tell me what you mean and hurry up," She said and he chuckled.

"You are quite different from how I first remembered you, you have a resilient personality now, much more stronger than before that's for certain, you are different now, in many more ways than one when I take a closer look, many should be in awe of you, yet this life...You have it hard huh? Tell me, do you want to stay in the position you are currently in right now?" He asked with his eyes narrowed as he looked at her and she tilted her head.

"What do you mean by all that you are saying there? Remember me? Last I checked this is the first time I have met you...I don't know what exactly you are talking about me but you are right about one thing, I am not weak and I will not tolerate anyone's bullshit, as for my position now... No, of course not," She responded with a piercing gaze, beaming with determination.

Xania left staring at her as his eyes began glowing red and a red magical circle appeared under her feet, she looked at it and then at him, wondering what he was doing and a red hue began forming on the ground, surrounding her while solidifying and a bunch of marks and writing began appearing on it.

"What is this?" She asked as Xania floated around her.

"This? Ah... This is my form of an appraisal... Just stay still and let me get a closer look at you if we are going to continue down this path," He responded and her brows raised then she sighed and nodded.

'Interesting... She is not bound by the natural cycle of life and death... This is not possible... How? That crazy dragon, god knows what is going to happen when this girl's ability awakens, for now... She has to wait a bit and start off with the current access she has to her abilities, which is limited, I will have to help her push forward, a breakthrough until she receives her gift that she chose before rebirth, damn it...' He thought.

Violet looked at him as he stared at his information, while pondering.

She pulled his tail a bit and he yelped, snapping out of his thoughts and his face got bright red with embarrassment and she chuckled.

"Cute... Now tell me I have things to do... I am not wasting any more time here with you," She said and he let out an angry huff, knowing he didn't have much of a choice.

"Fine... Your current level of your abilities can be boosted and I will help you but you have to join this event, the selection, in order to gain more experience and change yourself and get stronger, the choice is yours if you want to change your life," He said.

"I was planning on joining anyways, I don't accept the way I am living nor those scums... Fine.. Let's do it and see what you can do to help and how far I can go," She said with a smirk and a glint in her eyes that caused him to shiver, wondering what he got himself into.
