Chapter 2

When he opened his eyes, he found himself in the hands of a beautiful woman. The woman had long auburn brown hair and light brown eyes.

She looked down at him and he could feel the love and warmth coming from her. The feeling of love from her was intoxicating and could feel himself becoming just a little bit more powerful.

'This must be her Divinity.' He thought as he smiled unconsciously.

As he was doing this Rhea the Titan of Fertility and Motherhood as well as Queen of the Titans looked down at her first-born child and smiled at him.

He was really beautiful having a turf of dark brown hair that faded into amber as well as bright amber coloured eyes that had a glowing yellow set in the shape of diamonds. The child did not look like a titan, he looked much more beautiful radiating a massive amount of divine power that made his body glow in a faint golden aura.

It had taken her a few hours to give birth to him with help of her maids and looking down at the fruit of her labour she could not help but be proud.

''I will name you Hades my first-born child'' she said softly as she looked directly into his beautiful amber eyes and when she did, Rhea felt a connection establishment between the two. She felt astonished as she was able to feel his excitement and love and could feel his emotions of happiness and love.

She was interrupted from her thoughts at the sound of the door burst open and in walked what happened to be a handsome middle-aged man that had messy black hair and a beard with golden eyes.

He was dressed in a brown toga that left his chest exposed leaving his buff muscular build exposed. As he walked time seemed to slow around him making him seem like he was walking in slow motions but every time she blinked, he seemed to appear faster and before she knew it he was already in front of her looking at the child in her hand with an inquisitive look in his eyes.

''My King, this is our first-born child Hades'' she said as she looked at him.

Kronos Titan of Harvest and Time as well as King of the Titans looked down at the child, his son and firstborn. He picked him up and looked closer at him, he did not look like a Titan as he was small and looked more beautiful radiating a divine aura of power.

''Hmm Hades huh'' he said in a deep voice but soft that revibrated throughout the room with a calculating glint within his golden eyes looking at the child.

Ever since his wife Rhea got pregnant, he had been unable to properly predict the future, with his clairvoyance and this disturbed him a lot.

His clairvoyance allows him to predict the possible future of his target as a result of his actions. This is one of his most important abilities as it allows him to detect threats before they appear so he can deal with them greatly helping in consolidating his rule.

This is how he's been able to maintain his rule ever since he overthrew his father thousands of years ago.

'His father!' Realization suddenly hit him as he began to remember the prophecy made by his father when he overthrew him about how one of his children would do what he had done to him.

He looked back down at the child in front of him and it suddenly all made sense. How he could not view the future and the sudden sense of danger that he had been feeling ever since his wife was pregnant.

Him the Lord of Time and Harvest, the one who had fought the very Sky everyone was afraid of and defeated it as afraid of a child. He could not help but laugh out at this notion in his heart before calming down and looking back at his son, who stared back at him curiously with his amber eyes.

'What should I do' Kronos thought as hundreds of plans began forming in his head before being discarded.

'I could raise him brainwashing him to be loyal to me' he thought but the idea was discarded as they were too much risk involved because he cannot see his future or the fact that he could still fill that sense of danger surrounding him.

'No, I cannot risk it. I also cannot kill because he's immortal and would eventually reform as well as cannot imprison him in Tartarus because he might escape and come to him in revenge' thought the paranoid Titan King.

An idea then came to him what if he ate the child and imprisoned him in his stomach this would ensure that the threat was taken care of, and his son would not overthrow him.

Kronos smiled coldly at the child as he had figured out a solution to his problem. He had not ruled for millions of years over the cosmos only to be overthrown by this child.

''Kronos what's wrong,'' asked Rhea worriedly as she looked at the look her husband was giving her child, too suddenly remembering the prophecy made by her father.

Suddenly feeling more worried about her child. As she went to move to get her child from the hands of her brother, she found that her body could not move and found herself frozen in place.

''We cannot have that…this child much too powerful he must be the one father talked about the one overthrow and destroy me, you know my dear that I cannot have that.'' The Lord of Harvest said as his eyes began to glow with golden light and space around him seemed to twist distorting while time in the room seemed to stop for every in the room except Kronus.

''Kronos don't please do this is our son.'' She tried pleading tears coming from her eyes as she is watching on helplessly, but he was not listening grabbing the child by his left found to lift him in the air.

Rhea released her divine power managing to break through the hold she had been but in moving as first as she can towards him, but it was futile it seemed as though she was moving through syrup and could only watch in fear as her child descended in the mouth of her brother before he closed his mouth.

Her fear was then replaced by anger and hate as she summons her golden sword as rushed toward him fuelled by nothing but hate that he had towards him for eating her son.

''KRONOS HOW COULD YOU!!'' the lion goddess roared as she rushed towards him with tears in her eyes only for him to swing his golden scythe blasting out a golden beam of light towards her.

She managed to block it with her sword but was sent flying towards the wall at the back of the room.

The collision caused her to spit a mouth fool of golden blood from her mouth she tried getting up with the help of her sword but found a huge pressure falling upon her that caused her to kneel on the flow while looking up at her brother in hatred.

But when she looked at his golden eyes, she saw herself getting tortured and dying in the most gruesome way possible.

''Enough Rhea, this had to be done for the greater good he is a threat to me and my kingdom. We can try having a titan child again, but that abomination had to go.'' He said Rhea responded by glaring hatefully at him,

'How could he call my child an abomination, how could he eat my son, what the difference between him and father' she thought as was getting lost in her hate for him.

Kronos sighed as he saw he was not getting through to her. How could she not understand that he had done this to protect the kingdom? He could risk getting overthrown as he did.

He looked at her with a cold look on his face before he turned around and walked out of the room and when the golden doors closed time started to move once again.
