Defeating the Divine Apostles!

Meanwhile Ignis and Blaze engaged in a fierce battle. A tyrannical crimson red inferno crashed across the battlefield alongside a wave of serene celestial frost, the combination of Frost and Flame looked so unstable and destructive yet so perfect. The combination clashed against a massive wave of immeasurable darkness and lightning. The clash was so strong that the atmosphere itself began to shift.

Black clouds began to gather in the sky and struck down dark destructive lightning towards Ignis. Meanwhile, the floor became a hot floor of lava, as immeasurable flames coated the entire floor, forcing Blaze to continue moving around in order to not be caught. Ignis moved like a shadow across the area, dodging lightning attack after lightning attack whilst continually counter-attacking.

" Darkness Eruption!" Roared Blaze. Her elegant robe morphed into a massive wave of darkness that descended onto the region, locking off Ignis' sense of sight.

" Earthen Rage!" Casted Blaze again with key precision, massive boulders of rock erupting from the ground and slamming towards Ignis. Unfortunately, before they could hit, they halted in the air and vanished.

A shocked expression flashed across her face, but the next words she heard casted her into a deeper shock and horror.

" If there's one thing you don't do. It's use Nature against the Elves!" Ignis said, and suddenly a massive earthquake shook the earth. Hundreds of Trident-shaped rocks flew up from the ground and even without his sight, Ignis locked onto Blaze's position like a sniper and shot.

"FLICKER!" Casted Blaze as she teleported away to a separate position, but like a deadly hawk locked onto their target, the Trident shaped rocks flashed towards her new position.

Blaze, being pushed further and further back, let go of herself, a massive implosion of light occurring. When the light vanished there stood a gigantic dragon. With celestial coloured scales that coated their elegant and ferocious body alongside their deep golden eyes, the dragon looked serene but destructive. Blaze, the dragon, locked onto Ignis and unleashed her Dragon's breath, a massive wave of Lightning, Darkness and Fire zooming towards Ignis. Everywhere the wave passed, space destabalized and cracks occured.

"AEGIS!" Ignis stated, multiple golden magical shields forming and beginning duplicating over and over, protecting himself. Yet even with all of those shields, Blaze's dragon's breath smashed shield after shield with unstoppable power, not letting up. Yet, the milliseconds bought with those shields was all he needed for his plan.

Hundreds upon Hundreds of Chains of light immediately locked onto Blaze and captured her, making sure to lock her Draconic Mouth to stop her powerful Dragon's breath. Gaia had finally stepped in.

As early as when they first crossed spells, Ignis had realized he was outclassed since Blaze could use her Draconic Transformation to increase her power, thus, he immediately send a message to Gaia and Ayato to help him.

Ayato dashed towards Blaze with a ferocious glimmer in his eyes, his sword coated in his mana and he struck. Ayato slashed Blaze's leg, a massive wound appearing and blood leaking out immediately. Blaze howled in anger, her eyes glowing with anger but Ayato wasnt finished, moving onto her left hind leg, Ayato slashed it and inflicted another wound, sending both of Blaze's left legs into deep injuries, and making Blaze stumbling to the floor.

Ayato moved towards her next to legs, slashing them similarly and sending Blaze's full body onto the floor. This gave Ignis enough time to complete his signature spell.

"FrostFlame: Wrath of the Nine Suns!" Roared Ignis. Suddenly, nine cruel suns appeared in the sky, all of the suns a combination of Fire Magic and Ice Magic. The flames were unstoppable and burned anything they touched to ash while the frost was below temperature 0 and froze beings with a mere breath. So incompatible, yet so perfect together. The Suns smashed down onto the monsters one after another. The Earth shaking with every crash as frost and flames danced on the ground. Ignis had lowered the power of the spell to less than deadly levels, yet the destruction was still unstoppable, causing Blaze to howl in pain, eventually returning to her human form.

Finally, Terra was locked into an immensely one sided battle with Aether. Aether himself could not believe the current situation of the battle. He was actually getting stomped by Terra, he could barely defend himself and was losing strength and ground ever second.

Aether was a very talented guy, with an affinity into Ice, Wind, Holy Fire and Light, he had a perfect elemental combination of attack and defense. He was the Apostle of Valeria, the Goddess of Light, one of the strongest Divine Beings. He was the Crown Prince of an immensely powerful Empire and the Holy Son of the Church of Light. Aether had everything, he was given the best and most superior resources from childhood, he had the strongest teachers and had the best environments to train his combat while having Shadow Guards to protect him if anything went wrong. Better yet, he was a Reincarnator. He had all of the memories of his past-life at his disposal to help him, making him even more of a genius than he already was.

From 6 months, he could walk, 1 year he could speak and from 4 years old, he was already training with a sword. While other noble children played with toys and were indoors learning, Aether trained with a sword, battling his instructors and training his body and mind to be the Hero. He had broken through realms like drinking water compared to others.

When he finally awakened his magic, then he skyrocketed. His ability to control his four elements was simply unparalleled and he immediately was able to combine his Magical Ability with his Swordsmanship to become a Magic Swordsman, the most talented of them all. He had even grasped the ability to purify darkness and evil.

Throughout his life, Aether had met and fought the Apostles of other Gods and Goddesses. All of them were strong, yet none of them could beat him, he was the strongest. Aether thought his life would be easy, he'd grow stronger, gain a harem of Goddess Apostles and defeat the Abyssal Monsters easily.

But for the first time in Aether's life, she met a monster even more frightening than her. Someone he couldn't comprehend.

For the first time, Aether had doubted himself, doubted his talent. People praised him wherever he went, he killed monsters miles stronger than himself easily and even if the other Apostles grouped up on him, he would give a great fight. He could even defeat Blaze in her dragon form without breaking a sweat, yet this person was insane.

From the moment he met her, Aether knew that this girl from an unknown race was a Apostle of a God or Goddess. All Apostles have a Unique Mana Signature and he instantly recognized that she was one. Aether saw how beautiful she was and thought it would be simple to defeat her, maybe take her into his harem and use that race to his help.

Yet, he miscalculated. No, he was simply delusional. This girl was the same age as him, yet she was miles stronger. He was a genius martial artist in his past life. From Boxing, to Karate, to Kendo, he had mastered all forms of combat in his past life. Yet nothing mattered in front of her, in front of this Apostle of a Unknown God, he was powerless to resist.

Every time Terra shot an arrow, Aether felt the world tightening around him, suppressing his movements and forcing him into a passive state. Aether felt space collapsing on itself and forcefully suppressing him.

Aether swiftly dodged, 7 arrows flashing past his body, almost impaling him. Aether had previously tried to counterattack using magic and swordsmanship, yet nothing worked.

Despite facing the barrage of spells and sword attacks, this Apostle from an unknown race and unknown god simply swayed her body through them and continue his attacks. They perfectly predicted the spells and sword attacks targets and dodged them effortlessly.

The slightest mistake would have her being hit and losing her combat potential, yet she made no mistakes, as if she had absolute confidence.

"ARGGGGHH!" Roared Aether, an arrow lodging itself in his left knee, forcing him to kneel in pain, blood flowing like water. Aether looked at Terra who moved towards him. The intense pressure releasing from her body making him shiver as she effortlessly defeated him. Was he going to fail? Would he lose? Would he be killed?

Doubt seeped into his mind, the pressure reaching his limit. Yet Aether refused to give up. He was a reincarnator, an Apostle, the Chosen One, the Hero, losing was not in his vocabulary.

Aether felt himself enlightened, his sword coated with an unknown but powerful energy, yet he felt he knew how to manipulate that energy instinctively.

For the first time from the moment when the fight began, Terra showed a surprised expression. Sword Energy. Aether had awakened his Sword Energy or Sword Aura, something only the most genius of swordsmen could do, and he was so young as well.

Aether didn't hesitate, he combined the sword energy with his Elements and gathered them all, before slashing foward. did not hesitate to make use of this opportunity to counterattack. In an instant, she compressed all her mana into the tip of her sword, then, she swung her sword down.

"Haaaaaaaaaa, I WILL NOT LOSEEEEE!" Aether roared, his massive attack moving towards Terra.

Then, Terra smiled, a serious look moving onto her face for the first time all day.

"Dimensional Oblivion!" A ethereal, serene voice left Terra's mouth, and with that, the string of the bow was released. A ferocious arrow with a hint of purple tore through the sky in an instant, spacial tracks left in it's wake due to its ferocious power.Space was annihilated, dimensions eradicated and reality smashed into pieces, anything and everything in Terra's arrow's path was destroyed, including Aether's attack.

As the attack descended upon Aether, it vanished and so did Aether's consciousness as he collapsed to the floor from Mana Exhaustion.

The Elves looked around at the destruction that had been caused by their battle while Kaori giggled, looking at the collapsed humans who think they stood any chance against her and their Saintess Terra.
