Supreme Bloodline Genes In The Apocalypse

Going shopping when the world was about to be hit by an apocalypse might not be the smartest thing but how else was he supposed to prepare for the said apocalypse? And that was how Lucas was transmigrated into another world, far different from Earth. A world where the Bloodline of your ancestors will determine your standing. They are called the Rashakas. Fortunately for him, he got lucky here but when the flood of memories of the new body came, Lucas wasn't so sure. Because he was now in the body of a coward Rashaka. If he wants to survive, he must build his reputation, save himself and his new mother from the schemes of the Elders, and most importantly of all build a new reputation for himself. To do all this he must apply for one of the most brutal places in the new world, 'The Academy' a place where the Sicon of the Great Clans come together to shed blood without consequences. And the reward for the Academy? It just might be the glorious honor of bringing the apocalypse to Earth. Follow Lucas ( now Kyrexiel) as he tries to save a broken Great Clan and build a new thing for himself.

This is the Crumbs!

Urlk growled. "How can you have something that big? And then the gut to flash it in front of everyone! You should be ashamed of yourself."

Kyrexiel smirked, his little unintentional stunt had made Urlk warm to him a little. Apparently, the Scuridae are not used to nudity as he was and they were shocked that he came out naked.

Kyrexiel had winked at some of the women as he tucked it into the black trousers that Urlk provided. He saw some of them gulped and Urlk growled even more and hurried him away.

Now they were making their way to the big eating table that served as the place where the clan generally had their meals. And Urlk was still complaining. "You are so slim and...somehow delicate looking. How do you have something that big?"

Kyrexiel shrugged. Indeed, his build might deceive some and he liked it like that. It's an advantage during the fighting and even more so because he uses a hammer several times heavier than him.

As a pure Bloodline of his clan, he has raw strength that will only grow with his advancement.

He replied Urlk. "What can I say? I guess I get lucky in that department."

Urlk threw him a playful glare as they reached the eating area. Tales of what Kyrexiel carried between his legs had spread and there were a few appreciative looks from the female.

Elyrixa raised her brows. "Seems some people want to know how well you can last, Kyrexiel. You sure know how to make a first impression. Everyone, meet Kyrexiel!"

There was a round of greetings then, mostly from old people as the younger youths were at work, according to Urlk. The night was their day.

Unless there was a clan meeting, the whole clan wouldn't meet together anyway. Elyrixa gave a little speech about how important working together as a clan is and then she sat and took the first bite.

After she took the first bite, everyone else ate then as was the custom. The food was mostly cooked meat. Rashaka rarely eats anything apart from that. Raw or cooked.

Kyrexiel tore into the food, enjoying the undercooked way it was prepared. That was how he preferred his food, so undercover that he should taste the flavor of the blood still in it.

He ignored everyone else and did nothing else but eat, he helped himself to more options on the table, not reacting to the looks directed at him.

His strength and regeneration consumed a lot of energy and he needed food for that. Of course, he would still take mana from the environment but already, he was feeling better and his healing had Picked up.

Urlk snorted from his place beside Elyrixa, two empty plates in front of him. "And you say I eat a lot?" He pointed at the four empty plates in front of Kyrexiel.

He picked a large cup drained the water and then released a sigh. "What are you saying?" Kyrexiel made his eyes big, face clueless, feigning innocence.

Elyrixa opened her mouth to speak but one one of her members came to her side to whisper something to her and then she was passed a small paper that she quickly scanned.

Kyrexiel saw the way her eyes darkened, the tightening of her mouth. The fleshy hair on her head shook, they coiled around each other. 'Something has happened' he thought.

And he was right. Elyrixa stood and ordered that she has finished eating, her whole aura had changed, and it had become sharper. She gestured to Urlk and with a nod the man was gone. "Come with me, Kyrexiel."

He did, wondering what was wrong. 'Did they finally find out who he was? Is it an attack? I better prepare myself' he thought.

Elyrixa entered her room and she started putting her weapons on the straps on her body. "You are tier one, rank one, Kyrexiel. But can you handle yourself in a fight?"

Kyrexiel nodded. "Yes. Do you have blunted heavy weapons?" He added hopefully.

"No. We use short swords and daggers. Easy for our build. You are built small too, why want a weapon like that?"

Kyrexiel just shook his head, no reason to explain that Kyrexiel thought he would see less blood by using a hammer if he stunned his opponents in the head with it.

Kyrexiel learned how to fight with precision so he would not get blood on him. 'What a weird guy'

He collected the small dagger that Elyrixa gave him and he belted it on his waist.

"I won't normally take a newbie with me but I want you to see the Crumbs tonight." She put her hands on her hips. "You have the look of someone who has not seen much in the street."

Urlk returned and bowed to Elyrixa. "We are ready."

He noticed the weapon on Kyrexiel and raised his brows. "Are you sure we should take him with us? He's their one, rank one. Very weak."

"You are only tier two, rank two," Kyrexiel muttered but they ignored him.

Elyrixa looked at Urlk. "I want to keep an eye on him."

Kyrexiel understood. They still hadn't trusted him enough, at least not to the extent that the clan leader would leave him with her clan.

Understandable, but annoying.

Elyrixa shrugged. "Besides, he'll have his uses."

Kyrexiel didn't much like the sound of that as he followed them out. "Where are we going?"

"To see one of the biggest crime lords here in the Crumbs," Elyrixa said. "And information trader."

They were joined outside the clan house by nine others that seemed to appear from the cracks on the wall. Making them a total of twelve.

"Let's go." Elyrixa led them out of the alley and into a connected alleyway that turned and spun until Kyrexiel gave up on memorizing.

Then they joined the walking stream of people on the busiest street in the Crumbs. Even though it was still night, the whole street was lit up by different colored lights.

Urlk smiled. "This is the Crumbs!"
