There was no need for Kai to keep himself restrained inside Brainheart for the whole time. He had been practicing a lot during the last weeks, especially with Alastor, so it was time to test his new abilities.
After getting the permit to leave and enter the academy as he wished, and still get a presence in all classes, Kai prepared his backpack and left the academy.
The students were all talking about it. Some were jealous, others were trying to understand how Kai could do the things he did, and how he always got more benefits.
A theory about Kai spread, a theory stating that he was Finley's grandson! But the students already knew Jane was Kai's grandmother, so that created an awkward situation.
Because of it, Finley called all the students to the main hall and said that the theory they created was just bullshit. After that, the students stopped talking about it, but that didn't mean the theory was not on the back of their minds…
