Arthur couldn't say anything to the story that he heard. He was a person named Kang Seongje at first. But, hearing the story of that old man who are the father of his body, he felt a little strange.

'Something is strange.'

"Sandy ... how? He went to the southern region, the location of war, right? According to your story, the Marithus Kingdom and the Senova Empire have actually made peace. But why did they keep war?" Arthur found the story a little strange.

Instead of answering him, Duke Rudolf diverted his attention. "You must find your memory quickly because the succession process is about to take place."

Many notification screens that appeared in front of his face made him let go of Duke Rudolf's hand. Arthur didn't care about his father anymore.

Arthur realized that his father had left since he was distracted by the notification screen. Had his father noticed the screen and left? However, he didn't think so. Probably because he offended the main plot.

"Irene ... Irene ... is there no search word on this screen?"

"Isn't that my mother? Whose Irene is it? Is there another Irene—"

Instantly he fell silent. He had not been listening properly all along. He seems like a student listening to who doesn't hear his teacher's explanation properly.

Without wasting time, Arthur went back into his room. He had to find the note he kept in the drawer.

Arthur still ignored the diary box in the drawer. He only took out his own notebook. Of course it was written in Korean, minimizing what would happen to him if someone else read the note.

From what he remembered, there was a guild of assassins called "K-Night". They were active at night and transacted at night. The guild was not affiliated with any one kingdom. Since it was already night, the knights wore slightly thicker clothes to keep warm. As the clock shows 7PM at the night, the guards who had been on work from the morning went to eat and rest. Meanwhile, those who had just finished dinner took turns patrolling the castle.

Arthur tried to leave in that tight time. He couldn't leave officially because he was still sick. He had tried to ask his father for permission, but he was not allowed. He was not himself if he was not desperate.

'Captain Hone is nowhere to be seen, I guess I was right in assuming that he's on duty during the day.'

Sneaking around, Arthur went through the shadows of the building and saw the dog hole he had encountered in the outdoor training area. Upon waking up here, Arthur had a look around the castle and luckily found the hole.

He accidentally stepped on a tree branch. Fortunately, no one saw him. He also wore full black clothes just to hide his body in the shadows.

Hurriedly, he entered the dog hole and crawled out. However, he did not expect what was waiting for him outside.

"What are you doing, Sir?"

While still looking down, Arthur saw a pair of feet in front of his face. He looked up and found someone wearing a coachman's outfit with dark brown hair. That man looked very handsome.

"Shh! Be quiet!"

That person immediately apologized and Arthur wanted to cuss him out even more. However, the person's next action left him stunned.

"You should have come this way, Sir. It's covered by trees from the inside and bushes from the outside. This is the door the maids use to escape occasionally."

Arthur was silent. He got out of the dog hole and straightened his clothes. Arthur made an expressionless face.

'Damn bastard, you idiot! How could I act so shamefully in front of someone I just met!'

"Hmm ... who are you?"

Arthur acted like an arrogant bastard. It was to cover up his behavior. The man dressed as a coachman immediately smiled kindly.

"I'm Kalypt, others call me a jack-of-all-trades. I was ordered to come around here because someone wanted to go out secretly. However, that person didn't and ended up meeting you, Sir."

Arthur raised one eyebrow in surprise. He must have thought the person was suspicious. However, something kept him silent.

Kalypt immediately greeted Arthur by placing one hand on his chest and bowing in greeting. Then he led him to the horse-drawn carriage not far from their place.

Once inside, Arthur went through his notes. He looked through his notes to see what he needed to find.

"What is Sandy's mother's background? Then, what is that damn Crown Prince planning?"

He thought of all kinds of possible things. Until finally, Arthur arrived in front of the bar.

Arthur was a bit creeped out by the situation in the bar. There were a lot of people with very large bodies. Even bigger than his body when he was Kang Seongje. However, the person who was bartending was smaller than everyone else inside.

The beautiful man who was bartending there greeted kindly. Arthur replied, "I'd like to order the 'Beast Head of Night' now."

"Damn it, I'd pay anything to see him!"

Arthur's yelling made the people inside glance at him. Even the big guys who were partying stopped their party. Followed by other strange people.

A man dressed as an assassin pushed Arthur to the ground. "You should be more polite here, newbie. It looks like you're just a whiny little noble bastard who only relies on money from his parents."

Arthur hit the man after hearing the insult. "I'm not the person you're referring to, you bastard!"

For a moment, he felt his breath stop. That man gripped Arthur's neck tightly while walking backwards. Arthur forgot that his body was still below average, he couldn't break free.

"Cough! Cough! Let go!"

Arthur was dropped right outside the bar. That assassin saw Kalypt out there, and said, "This is your customer, huh? You should be better at selecting your customers."

Kalypt, who heard the sarcastic voice, smiled. He replied, "Sorry, business is business."

Then, the assassin clucked before going inside again. Arthur was still trying to catch his breath normally before being startled by the slam of the bar door.

Brugh!

Arthur pointed to the closed door. "Who is he?"

"Just an old acquaintance, a customer too. Sir, have you found what you wanted to find?"

Arthur immediately stood up and straightened his clothes. "I wanted to order the 'Beast Head of Night' but got kicked out instead."

"Beast Head of Night" was the code to meet the head of the K-Night Assassin Guild. It was usually ordered through the bar and had to be booked. However, Arthur wanted to meet him now, so it was a bit difficult to get his appointment.

Kalypt, who heard that, immediately felt an idea light up in his head. He allowed himself to enter the carriage first, until he reappeared wearing a white robe that covered his entire body.

"Would you like to purchase a teleportation scroll to the main headquarters of the K-Night Assassin Guild?"

Arthur laughed. That's right, he laughed because he was stupid not to ask first. Even though there was an NPC character in front of him who could help. Why would he just move by himself? It was a waste of money. He could have just bought the scroll while still in the castle earlier, without having to pay the cost of going here if he knew.

"Just one scroll please." Arthur ordered with an expression of restraint.
