Bartak woke at 6 AM, Clover even earlier. As Bartak emerged from the lounge, Clover was already preparing a bowl of cereal with milk from the fridge.
"We've got milk, cereal, coffee," Clover listed their stock. "What do you want? I'll get it for you!"
"It's fine, I'll do it myself," Bartak suddenly felt like the kid had grown up.
Clover's progress was truly remarkable. After reading a few books on enhancing emotional intelligence and social interactions, his every move began to resemble that of an "adult," showing maturity in his words and actions. Bartak later taught him internet use, opening broader information channels, though he put Clover's devices in "child mode" to filter out junk sites.
As usual, Clover weighed himself before breakfast. Numbers popped up.
