The much-anticipated cyberpunk holographic game was about to launch, and Jonathan hit the jackpot, getting chosen as a beta tester. But things take a bizarre turn. He realized he wasn't just playing some holographic game – he'd been transported to an actual parallel universe. The moment he logged in, he felt something was off. Question: What do you do when you discover that your in-game identity is the Federation's most wanted, and you're undercover in the official investigation department?
"Good morning, Jonathan," yawned Luke. "It's a rare sight to see Robert not being the last one to arrive."
"Morning," Simon raised his head from behind his desk, "It's quite surprising that Robert made it just in time today."
Standing by the coffee machine with a cup in hand, Martin asked, "Would anyone like some coffee to perk up?"
"Good morning, everyone," Jonathan sat down at his designated spot, "Pls, Captain, I want a cup of coffee."
"I live so far away that I have to run even after taking the earliest hover train," Robert chimed in, "I'd like some coffee too, Captain."
Martin made a cup of coffee for each of them and placed it before them.
"Living with a reversed day and night schedule can be tough," he handed the coffee to Jonathan, "Have you managed to adjust your routine?"
"More or less; I slept until 3 p.m. yesterday, then went back to sleep at midnight," Jonathan blew on the steaming coffee, "I feel alright today."
