1 Prologue - A Whisper In Your Mind

A sharp pain was felt throughout his body. He looked down to the source of the pain. An icicle was deep in his right thigh.

Miyuki's eyes filled with horror as blood quickly trickeled down his leg and onto the street. The pain was egregious. A scream seeped from his lips as he fell to onto one knee. He wanted to keel over, but he had to stay up. He had to be strong.

"Miyuki! "Miyuki! Get up! I need your help! Please get up! We have to fight him together!" She began to tear up.

Miyuki couldn't barely keep his eyelids open, and even then, he couldn't see with the blood covering his eyes.

"Is this death..?" He thought as he clutched his stomach.

"I just wish it was painless.." The heat from his wound only worsened.

Miyuki had failed her.

He failed the one he fell for.

He couldn't be her hero.

It was the end of the road for Miyuki.
