053 To reveal the Truth of the Matter
"You? Ruin my reputation?" Alice felt Claire thought so highly of herself. "You know that there are a lot of reporters who likes to create trouble from nothing. If you want to ruin my reputation, I'm afraid that I will make you suffer even more."
"Oh, you're really not going to return it, are you?" Claire knew that she is at a disadvantage.
"That's right!" Alice looked proud.
"Alright. Then, I can only go and find Dempsey. I must tell him that the person who slept with him five years ago was me and not you, Alice." The moment Claire said those words, the weight of those words nearly crushed Alice.
When Claire went to Dempsey's villa last time, she talked about Alice situation with him. She suspected that Dempsey had something to do with Alice's popularity. She only had a slight idea off what Alice was afraaid of. Earlier, she only said those words because she had been provoked, unexpectedly, Alice limply sat down on the sofa. Her face is as pale as a ghost's. Seeing her expression, Claire knew that she had struck Alice's weakness. She continued to speak, "The reason why Dempsey left no effort to praise you is definitely not because you are prettier than others. There are many women in the entertainment circle who are prettier than you, but why is it that you are the only one who is favored by him? Besides, you became famous about the same time I left the country five years ago, and it makes me think of what happened that night."

Alice was so angry that she clenched her fists tightly, "What exactly do you want?"
"Return the jade to me, and give me an additional fifty million. And I'll gladly leave for abroad. I will definitely not contact you or Dempsey." Claire also had her own plans and she regretted her returrn this time. "Don't worry. I don't want to see the man ever again in my entire life. I hate him."
Alice was stunned again. "Why do you hate him?" Alice was getting more and more curious. As long as Claire did not fight her over Dempsey, her hostility towards her would be reduced.
