03 Cute Baby

Claire was still in a bit of trance when she lowered her head and looked at her two children. Five years ago, when she found out that she was pregnant, she was set on getting rid of it. However, she was informed by the doctor that her blood type was rare, and if she aborted her pregnancy, there is a high chance that she would have a difficulty in having one in the future.

Fortunately, she proceeded to giving birth to them. A pair of dragon and phoenix.

"Mummy, our luggage is out." The little boy who is only four years old alerted his mother. One big and two small baggage.

Claire picked up the bigger baggage while the small ones were dragged by the two. "Let's go to Aunt's home." Claire came back to the country to advance her career. A famous design company is interested to develop and adapt her fashion design ideas. When Claire was abroad, she had already emptied her pocket for their living expenses. Seeing that her two children needed her to raise them, she decided to give up her studies and entered the work force. She contacted her Aunt before returning to the country. Coincidentally, her cousins, her aunt's children, had gone to study and work, and she is left alone at home. When she found out that Claire was returning, she offered to help her raise the children. Everything seemed to have been arranged perfectly.

Claire was already tired and seeing that her children felt the same, they hastily went home.

As they were walking, the two incredibly beautiful children attracted the people's attention.

"Such a beautiful dragon and phoenix."

"So cute, so cute! I really want to hug them."

"Are they some celebrity? Why do they look so beautiful. They are just like dolls!"

Claire heard the mutterings of the crowd and could not help but stare at her two treasures. Indeed, her dragon and phoenix's genes are surprisingly good. Her son is handsome and her daughter is sweet and cute. The similarity doesn't end as both of them are really beautiful. Abroad, they were often street casted to do some advertisement, and there were people who would go over and take the initiative to strike a conversation. These two fellow inherited not her genes, but their father's. Thinking of their father, Claire felt cold sweat run down her back. The man she has been having nightmares of every night!

"Mummy, what are you daydreaming of?" A small hand gently poke her, and her son's calm and pleasant voice rang in her ears.

Claire immediately woke up from her stupor, squatted down and straightened her son's collar. She then stood up and patted the head of her daughter, "Remember what I told you two to do. You must greet grandaunt when we get to her home."

"Don't worry, Mummy. Our little mouths are sweet!" Frank Scott giggled like a little devil.

Claire smiled and hailed a taxi. She led her children and her inside and the taxi drove off the airport to the city.
