Each person has a separate invitation link. You have invited your friend A to sign up for an SKP job account using your invitation link. Then A is your 1st level subordinate. If you have 10 Level 1 members earning $8 per day, you will earn $8 per day as a Level 1 team.

If you have 100 Level 2 members earning $8 per day, you will earn $40 per day as a Level 2 team.

If you have 500 Tier 3 members earning $8 per day, you will have a Tier 3 team income of $80 per day.

But if your members are only making $1 a day, the results can be very different, which is why the same team size can lead to a huge revenue gap. What you give is always proportional to what you get back. If you don't communicate with your friends after inviting them to join, it will be difficult for team members to learn useful information.
