Prologue: Super Academy

The clock tick loudly in the room. Silence was all over the place and piles of electronics were carelessly scattered all over the floor of the small bedroom.

Ronnie sat down at his computer staring fixly at the screen. His hands were joined together like he was silently saying a prayer.

Today is the day when the letter of acceptance from super Academy would be announced. Three hundred student would be chosen and Ronnie could only hope and pray that he will be among them.

He had been trying for years to get into super Academy and Ronnie couldn't bare to be rejected again. He couldn't bare the laughter from his peers when they find out that he was rejected once again by the school of his dreams.

The time was getting closer and closer to the appointment time where the letter of acceptance would be sent out.

Ronnie closed his eyes, he mentally prayed that his hard work pays off this time. He really needed to get into Super Academy and put an end to the mockery from his peers.

Finally, the time struck three and a loud ding from the computer followed immediately.

Ronnie anxiously opened his eyes and saw a notification on his email. His hands reached towards his mouse and he opened up the message with beating heart.

True enough, it was a notification from the prestigious school.

Taking in a deep breath, Ronnie clicked open the message and he gulp down the lump in his throat before reading a loud.

"Dear student, we are please to inform you that you have been accepted into our most prestigious school and we expect your attendance on Monday morning 25th August 2018. Congratulations"

Ronnie re read the message twice to be sure that he read correctly and when he saw the same words staring back at him, he stood up and yelled out in joy.

"I did it!"

He began jumping around excitedly not caring if he was stepping on his electronics on the floor. He was just so happy that after years of trying, he was finally in. No one would dare laugh at him anymore. He had finally done what no one else in his entire neigbourhood nor school could do.

"Ron, is everything okay?" His mom popped her head in after hearing the commotion going on in his room.

"Mom I did it!" He cried happily. "I got accepted!"

His mom's eyes widen and she broke out into a happy smile "oh thank God son! I'm so proud of you"

His mom hugged him, walking over the many electronic devices scattered all over the floor.

"Thanks mom. I still can't believe that I got in"

"Well you did son. Your hard work paid off after all"

"Its all thanks to you mom"

She smiled brightly.

"Glad you know that. I'm going to miss you terribly son, and even though I don't want you close to that school, I won't hold you back from your dreams"

He smiled thankfully "thanks mom"

She pulled away from him "now its not the time to chat. Let's start packing your stuff"

Ronnie didn't wait to be told twice. He had longed wanted to be a part of super Academy and he couldn't be more thankful that his dreams had come true.
