Chapter 2

As dusk approached, a man coming from a company dinner drunk walked through the alley. He stopped as he decided to lite a cigarette. But was stopped by a tall hooded figure who stood infront of him. It was hard to distinguish his face but the man already ticked off by the rude gesture. Took the cigarette out of his mouth as he spoke up.

"What do you want punk? Didn't anyone teach you it's bad manners to stare at strangers?"

Silence. The man heard nothing but silence.

Pissed, the man spit at the ground in front of the person as he gave him the meanest snare. Feeling satisfied he decided to walk away with his cigarette back in his mouth….

Was the last thing he remembered as he felt the world falling. He felt lights go out as he was suddenly staring back at the figure catching a glimpse underneath the persons hood.

"D-de-mon.." the man's body fell slump against the concrete floor as it laid lifeless. "Weak, why has our race succumbed to such pigs…" the hooded figure spoke up as he crouched over to take the man's wallet. With a smirk, his bulging fangs showed themselves as piercing red eyes took some cash out of the wallet.

"This shall get me some food while I look for my little brother.. hohoho… can't wait for the 'fun' family reunion.." The tall man stood as he turned quickly but quietly sneaked away from the scene on his mission.

"Another damn case! Why hasn't anyone caught our guy yet!!!" A booming voice with a snarky attitude was heard as the chief of a undercover agency lectured his men.

"Tell me!! How is it possible that we can't find a lead, trail, or even a crumb of this bastard?! No witnesses or even evidence of the criminal??" Scanning the room, a young officer raised his hand as he stood up as he gave his report on his findings.

"Sir, I found the last reports of a man. Age 49, killed instantly in the city's alley of Toledo in the last 18 hours.."

"That's some interesting information, But what use is that to me if you didn't catch the damn bastard!!!" The chief hollered again as the young agent flinched sitting back in his chair. Taking a deep breath in. He combed his hair back as he turned the lights off in the room. A projector was turned on as the chief began a slideshow of the scene the agent had mentioned. Not very gored, but the image was disturbing. The man's head was turned 180 degrees of what it was supposed to be as the rest of his body laid facing down. Almost all these cases had some type of head injuries that where fatal. But clean…

"We have begun to get cases like these since 3 months back… we call 'it' the 'Head serial killer'. No matter in what way, his victims where people at the wrong place and wrong time.. now, I need someone to take this 'monster' down."

With this the room began to whisper between each other as they asked more information about the other cases. "Sir? May I ask, how can such a person cause theses injuries?" The room stood silent as a agent had stood up to ask the question on everyone's minds. The 'How'?

"Good question, and before any of you begin applying for the case. I want to inform that this case is a special one that not even the FBI can handle. Yes ladies, we are dealing with a super human monster serial killer.." with this the room roared in questions as they all went silent as a door swung open. The chief smiling at the sudden guest shook hands with the person right away.

"Boy, it's good to see you here so late.."

"Huh? Why late?" With a sarcastic laugh, the mystery guest sent shivers directly to the other agents as they understood and recognized who he was. Standing at 6'5, Age 29, stood their most impressive senior agent. Agent 'Sin'…

After catching up with the case and information. Agent Sin was directly sent to the City of Toledo in Ohio. He didn't have to pack much since he was always on the move like a serpent. He found this case to be more mindful then others.

As he drove into the city, he began thinking of his past achievements as his chief/mentor had called him on this case urgently.

*FLASHBACK*

"Please be careful Son, this case isn't like any other I have seen.. we are dealing with a true monster on our hands."

"I understand Chief, but you underestimate me too much.. when have I ever been careless on a serial killer murder case?"

The older mentor resting his old hands on his younger subordinates hands as they both sat at a table in the facilities cafeteria. Sin, cocked a eyebrow as his ice like baby blue crystal eyes looked at his mentor in confusion. Slowly the older man began to let out details of something bigger being behind this case. And possibly, 'more' monsters like the one that had made its presence known in a sick way.

"Don't worry, I'll get the man and I'll drag him into this building with my bare hands.. "

*END OF FLASHBACK*

Sin sighed as he was given the final clues to whom to look for as he was registered a apartment room. In the same neighborhood of where the murder happened. He pulled out his box of personal items as he locked his car and began waking upstairs looking for his room.

Finally finding the room, he put down the box as he couldn't wait to take off his tie that was killing him. He dropped his keys as he bent down to pick them up. A slender hand reached for the keys as his hand bumped into it. Looking up he was met with gorgeous caramel hazelnut eyes as the light of the red sunset beautifully complemented the woman's short brown hair.

"Sin?"

With his jaw still open, he blinked as he combed back his silver bangs back as he relied back.

"Juvie?"

~~

Bewildered. Sin sat in a small couch as he waited patiently for Juvie to serve him a cup of tea. Since he always hated drinking caffeine back when they were college buddies. Thinking back now, Sin remembered how they first met as two nerds in the library. He had short silver hair back then as he studied philosophy and cognitive training as he was about to finish up his last year. That year was one of his best as he enjoyed spending time the most with Juvie who was like a bright light in his dull college life.

Last time he heard from her was that she was dropping out of college to work at some market. He had to bid farewell as he failed to ask for her number. Yet, fate has brought them together again after 6 years…

"Ice tea with no sugar, correct?" Juvie asked with a bright smile as she handed Sin a glass of Ice Tea braking his trance. "Ah! Yes! Thank you Juvie!" With a cautious stance he gently took the glass from Juvie's soft hands. Where they always this soft and pretty?..

"So? How are you??" Excited, Juvie sat down across him on the floor. There was a small coffee table that separated them as Sin smiled and giggled genuinely a bit.

"What's so funny??" Juvie with a pout now, raised her eyebrows as she crossed her arms. "No, hehe it's nothing.. just thinking back to old memories.." with that silence rested in place as Sin decided to not let it get to awkward yet. "Well, I just happened to move in next door today for business matters. And.. things have been great so far in my life.." Juvie with stars in her eyes was intrigued by his comments as she asked about how his family was and a timeline of events about hers in the last 6 years.

The two talked for hours until finally Sin noticed it was close to reaching 10 o'clock. Wow, does time fly that fast? Standing up and offering to wash his empty glass. He was walked to the door as Juvie was reminded of something.

"Oh! Wait! Give me 5 minutes- No! Give me 2 Seconds!" Letting another giggle at escape, Sin watched his friend run into a room at a corner of the apartment as she came back with some coupons?

"Here! I recommend visiting this cafe between the times of 2pm-7pm on any day or except Mondays and Fridays" With a suspicious look, Sin took the 5 Coupons that said 'Happy Tea Days' with the coffee shops logo of 'S.H.I.T' as cute hearts and emoji characters decorated it. He looked up at Juvie again to meet a similar emoji on her face as he guessed it was probably the place she was working at the moment.

"Sure.. I'll go then.. goodnight Juvie and thank you for the tea again.."

"No problem Sin! Come anytime~" with a finally wave goodbye as she watched her door to her apartment outside close. She fell to the ground as she rolled back in forth as she kicked her feet.

"Oh my Gosh!! I need to call Tina!!! I can't believe he's literally right NEXT DOOR!!!! EEEEEE!!!" Remembering that he's literally next door, and capable of hearing her. She covered her mouth as she decided better to tell Tina tomorrow. It was her day off today after all… there was probably a big chance she might see him again tomorrow at her work. She quickly got ready for bed as she slept early for the best day of her life tomorrow~..

It was the worst day of her life…
