Theresa knocks on her parent's house, "I can hear birds screeching." Hector said covering his ears, "Sorry. My father likes to adopt many birds." Theresa smiles asking for apologies, "don't worry. It still less annoying than him." Hector said pointing to Arkus, Arkus who was asleep, open his eyes in instant and scratch his face, "what did you say?!" He yelled, "ow, ow! Stop!" Hector shout trying to stop him, "apologies!" Arkus demands, "Never!" Hector shout in pain, "You asked for it!" Arkus shout and transform to his 2nd form, as his paws and claws multiple the size.
"Ah! Get away from me!" Hector shout running away as Arkus chase after him, "You're not running away!" Arkus shout before jumping at Hector, "Gah-" Hector hits the ground as Arkus sit there in satisfy, while licking his paws. Hector groans and tries to get up but failed.
"What happened?" Celine asks tilting her head, "Ahaha…nothing important…" Theresa laughs at their behavior, until the door is opened by a woman, "Theresa!" The woman said surprised and hug her, "Mom!" Theresa grins hugging her back, "who's on the door, dear?" A man's voice can be heard from inside, "Father! It's nice to see you!" Theresa said letting go of the hug, "My beautiful daughter!" Theresa's father said and went to hug her daughter, "Nice to see you're doing well, father." Theresa smiles patting his back.
"How have you been Theresa?" He asks letting go of the hug, "Great! Oh let me introduce you to my friends!" Theresa said grabbing Celine's hand, "a-ah." Celine said trying to maintain her balance. She points to Celine who is standing beside her and introduce her, "This is Celine Apocalypse! As you may see, her conditions are not well now…" She said, as Celine bows in respect, "What a poor condition…nice to meet you Celine, I'm Theresa's mother." She said shaking her hand with Celine, "nice to meet you, ma'am." Celine smiles, "Hohoho! Always a pleasure to meet my daughter's friends! I'm Theresa's father, nice to meet you!" He said grabbing her hand and shake it vigorously, "Nice to meet you sir!" Celine grins at his cheerful attitudes.
"Wait a moment." Theresa said and immediately step out of the house and approach Hector who's still on the ground. "Can you get off, Arkus?" she asks nicely, "sure! Anything for Theresa!" Arkus barks and steps away from Hector's crushed body.
"You okay?" She asks, "I-I am…" Hector stutters holding out a thumbs up. "Good! Can you stand up?" She asks again. "I can…" Hector said struggling to get up as Theresa help him to stand. "Thanks!" Hector grins, "no problem! Let me introduce you to my parents!" Theresa grins grabbing his arms and runs to the house.
Her parents were talking with Celine in the living room, both parent's concerns about her eyes while Celine is trying to assure them she's okay, until Theresa interrupts their talks. "Did I interrupt your talks?" Theresa asks, "no, no, of course not!" Her mother says. "Okay, let me introduce you to Hector-" Theresa was interrupted by her father, "is that a boy?!" He yelled appearing in front of them, "Uhhh, yes I am?" Hector said confused about his sudden act. "Father! Please don't interfere! I was about to introduce him! And yes! He's a boy!" Theresa said a little annoyed by his acts. "Did you two have any relationship?!" Theresa's father once again asks, the two explodes to tomatoes, "W-What are you talking about?!" Theresa yelled embarrassed, as Hector just looks at his side, hiding his blushes.
Theresa's father was about to speak until his wife pulls him back to the couch, chocking him, until he passes out. "You can continue introducing him." She smiles warmly, Theresa shakes her head to make her blushes disappear "err…T-This is Hector Shirogane…one of my friends." She said introducing him, "I see. You two were pretty good for each other." Her mother said, "Not you too mother!" Theresa yelled her blush crawls back to her face.
"Oops, sorry." Her mother giggles, as Theresa sigh in relief, "what makes you guys come here?" Her mother asks, "Oh, almost forget about that." Theresa said before asking, "did father have a bird that can send a letter to Kenryoku?" She asks. Her father immediately wakes up from his sleep and asks, "what for?" "We need to tell Master that we're taking another day, and have to be absent from the guild." Theresa replies, "I see. I do have a bird that can do it." He said before calling a name, "Ace! Come over here!" A pigeon then comes over to his shoulder.
"Today's department is this noon?" Zeolite asks the lady, "yes sir. Would you like to join the department?" The lady asks, "will it pass Gijutsu City ma'am?" Zeolite asks, "Of course, it will be the last stop." She replies, "How long to get there?" Zeolite asks raising one of his eyebrows, "Since we use the latest technology, it will take one day to get there." She replies once again to his questions. "1 day…" Zeolite said holding his chin.
"Can you last long for 1 day on the train?" He asks Ashley, "of course I will! What do you think am I? A baby that cries in boredom?" Ashley asks rolling her eyes, "well, that's true." Zeolite shrugs, before Ashley can protest, he turns to the lady. "Can we assign it later?" He asks, "of course! As long as it is before the train department!" The lady nods. "Alright. Let's go, Ash." Zeolite said walking away, as Ashley follow him.
'So cute! They're like an owner and a puppy!' The lady thoughts swooning because of their cuteness, she imagines Ashley has dog ears and tail, the ears flat down, as her tails wags back and forth in excitement, "excuse me? Ma'am!" The man in front of her said snapping her back to reality, "I-I'm sorry! W-What was it again sir?" She asks sweat run down her cheeks.
"Can we borrow it till we make the letter?" Theresa asks, her father thinks for a while, "sure! Just please take good care of him!" He smiles before looking at Ace, "be nice to them for a while. See you soon." He said as Ace flies to Theresa's shoulder, "whoa! That's surprising!" Theresa giggles at Ace. She looks at her side and traces her fingers to his head, as Ace snuggles to her fingers. "What does he eat?" She asks looking at her father. "Grains, seeds, berries, insects, and more." Her father said while raising his fingers each time he says what Ace eats. "I see, thanks for the info!" Theresa grins.
