The next day, they went to a hospital to try and diagnose what is wrong with her. Even after all those years, he never gave up on the idea of her getting back to her old self. For her to be able to feel, live rather than just exist. Unfortunately, today as well the results where unsatisfactory. He wouldn't let that depress him as he had many things to prepare for her birthday tomorrow. He liked organizing it personally so he headed back home early.
When they arrived at their house, she went to the bush to pick some vegetables. He wasn't worried as she has been doing that ever since they moved her 3 years ago. Also, he liked that she took the initiative to do things herself.

In the bush, Su Wan was looking for green leaves and mushrooms. She always feels like she has to come to the bushes once in a while. Her brother was organizing her birthday party at home and she knew he ate mushroom the most among other vegetables so she looked for those that were said to be 'tastier'. She didn't understand this word because all foods had the same taste to her. But it wasn't the first thing she didn't understand and her brother seemed to. He always spoke to her when he was free but she didn't answer as most of the concepts he used she knew but didn't understand.
As she walked near a lake he saw a mushroom on the other side and decided to cross to go get it. While crossing, she saw a crocodile walking in the water and tried to catch it when she remembered her brother asked her not to touch any reptiles if she ever saw them. Yet again something she didn't understand.
As she tried gripping the mushroom, she fell into a hole and died.

Wu Su was preparing for the party without knowing what just happened.Two hours later, he went to the bushes looking for his sister. She was a mechanical and timely person. She never spent more than 1h45mins in the bushes. When he realized she was late, he thought something most have happened to her and went looking for her. He looked everywhere and 2 hours later he saw a deep hole near a tree and went looking for a rope to see if she was inside as she didn't answer to his calling. He prayed and hoped she wasn't inside but at home. Unfortunately, he saw her body laid on the ground lifeless.
He shouted in desperation and cried all night long. On the next day, her birthday, he wished her happy birthday and wished for her to live a happy and long life and to one day 'heal' from her 'illness' and find love and happiness. He carried her body and went back home where he seated her in the bathtub, washed her then dressed her. He sat her at the table, conversed with her during her birthday and laughed. He laughed and laughed in a maniacal way and then started crying. He cried and cried for hours and then decided to kill himself as he didn't see the need to live with his sister gone.
He cleaned his face and went to buy a red dress with fishes for his sister. Before dying he had to find her a dress she would have surely liked (if she could like). On his road, he met a woman who stopped him and said "It is possible to appease your heart and grant all your wishes."
He was going to ignore her but her words angered him and he glared at her with hatred. He didn't liked that she tried to scam him today of all days. He was about to hit her when she said "There is a way for your sister to live long and happy as you wished"
He hold her by the neck and asked her "Who are you and how do you know my sister?"
