Chapter 1

It's November 3 at westwood high the school is ready for winter break at December 19, I was in first period at Mr. Mandal english class when all of a sudden at tall, masculine brunette came in, Mr. Mandal introduced him to the class as a brand new student that explained an open sit behind me, Patricia tap me on my shoulder and pointed her lips to the boy, "He's fine, right? please tell me you agree" I look at her and nodded, she smiled because I finally agreed that I liked her type in men, the guy sat behind me while Mr. Mandal went on the lesson again. The bell started ringing for lunch Patricia and I decided to go to the library "Lumi come on!" Patricia yelled "Be patient" i replied while I grab her hand and dragged her to the library, We finally sat on an empty table and Patricia pointed "Girl look, behind its that guy from english." she said while she pointed at the brunette, I slapped her hand down "Don't point he'll get weirded out" I told her, she scoffed "Why would he transfer before winter break." "I dont know ask him" I replied, she rolled her eyes "Aren't you curious on why he did." "No, I'm not weird and nosy like you pat." I said sarcastically "Ok ok, but I gotta go I have my classes with Mrs. Grace, BYEE!!" while running off to go I decided to look for a book and sat down to read, I didn't have classes for the next 3 hours so i decided to just read, But all of a sudden I get a pat from behind "Hey, Do you have a pen or pencil that I can borrow?" it was the brunette guy, I nodded my head and looked for a pen in my bag and handed to him he looks at me "Thank you and by the way I'm Matt, Mattheo." he thanked me while he introduced himself "You're welcome Matt, I'm Lumiere or just Lumi." I smiled at him while he smiled back and went back to his table behind me, he sure loves being a table behind me, I finished all my classes and waited for patricia at the entrance of the school when Mattheo came up to me "Hey, are you free?" he asked me "Today?" I asked him "Yeah, I was thinking we should hang out." "I can't today I'm walking with Pat today." after I said that I saw his expression changed to excited to disappointed "I can hang out with you tomorrow though here I can give my number so we can keep in contact." I assured him I saw his excitement being brought back he handed me his phone so I can type in my number and save it "Just call or text me if you would like to hang out and I can tell you if I am free or not." "That'll be great, I guess I have to go now, Bye lumi" "Bye mattheo!" after 10 Minutes Patricia finally came and we both walked home.
