Registration

"Sheila's told me a few things," Reena said. "She says you have no idea about technology. Is that true?" 

"We only had a single bulb hung by a wire in our houses. Most of these glowing things are very foreign to me," Stanley said. 

"I can't even imagine how boring your life must've been. We'll have to deal with that later. First, let's get you registered."

Reena took Stanley inside to the registration area where a single person was sitting with a very bored look on his face. The young man quickly became attentive when the two of them came in.

"Reena!" the young boy cried out. 

He was younger than Stanley, shorter than him, with short hair and a small face. He was definitely no older than 14. That surprised Stanley as he was the first young person he had seen in this place.
