As William look at the pure white scenery which is soul realm with many other souls wandering around someone else was also watching him. 

(When will this shitty gods stop messing with mortals?) A voice that seems to be combination of kid, woman and a man asked. 

(How the hell would I know!) Another same weird voice asked. 

(..... Hmmm this one is different he carries the energy of that goddess who helped us earlier) as they were bickering someone interjected and said. 

All of them stopped and carefully looked at William soul. 

( yes, not only that he also carries that brat blessing) 

(Is he the champion she promises?) 

( she did three time already and what was the result!) A voice scoffed and said. 

( this one is different I can see his blessings) the same voice once agin said, 

(I suggest we awakens the best talent we can gather) 

(True with his blessings he is chained soldier, he can only do good deeds) 

(Yes we don't have risk another menace, I agree tooo)

These voices are nothing but Origin gods and goddess of the worlds that formed Nexus alliance, in other words wills of the world. 

And now all of them decided to bless a single human, surely this one going to make some one strongest in any regards.

'What talent do you think I will awaken? ' William asked.

William shrugged and said, "haven't you heard the term it's never Enough"

Sera shook her head and said [you are being too greedy]

William chuckled and just as he was going to reply he felt the tug of his physical body. 

"I guess, I have been awakened" William didn't know how much time have passed but since he was the earliest one, surely he awakened a low class talent. 

After all talent depends on the amount of Sila present in one body, the greater the amount the greater the time it would take to awaken it fully. 

"Well what ever" William thought and closed his eyes feeling his soul moving and passing. 

He then opened his eyes hearing the murmur of the many people. 

And as he expected he found himself first to be arrived. 

He look at others, his mother siling sweetly yet she couldn't hide the disappointment in her eyes, as for his father he still has same cold expression, he formed just the moment he entered this hall. 

'Probably, I am going to be exiled' Williams inner otaku whispered. 

First minister soon came out of his shock and told everyone to shut up.. Politely. 

While he gestured for William to sit back to his seat. 

William nodded and then going to his seat he opened his Soul Record.

William mouth opened wide seeing the talent he awakens. 

'Wasn't it supposed to be weak so what is this? ' William asked.

Sera explained to him but she still didn't explain why he awaken such powerful talent in very few time. 

[Probably cause of compatibility] Sera didn't know but it was due to all the wills of the world working together. 

While just like him two more were shocked. 

'Wasn't he supposed to be someone great based on Extreme luck card? ' James asked his system as he looks at William appearing first.

First Minister looked troubles now, how can he not? As William was supposed to be appraised at last but since he came out first according to tradition he should be the first to be appraises. 

"Do it according to tradition" A heavy voice sounded and First minister nodded as he bowed to their King.

He said and William nodded and reached the center, once again first minister poured his Sila and then with a whoosh many new magic circle came to life. 

They hovered around William and then the magic formation begin to lit up one by one. 

And soon all the circles were lit up. 

Everyone looks at this dumbfounded, they didn't understood until a shocked voice echoes.. 

"S-supreme Talent! " First minister said in shocked voice looking at fourth prince.
