"So what's your plan now?" Malachi inquired. This was something Malachi was very curious about at the moment. 

Part of him didn't want to have anything to do with anybody that wasn't related to his family, but part of him again wanted to know if there was any way he could help the man and his daughter depending on the situation.

Hearing Malachi's words, a contemplative expression appeared on Leo's face. He stood still for a while without saying anything. Malachi and Anna did not rush him either and waited.

As he waited, Malachi took the opportunity to see how his son was doing. 

At the moment, David was not collecting crystal hearts and lay on the road with his back to rest. Thankfully, the area he was in was not surrounded by zombies, or Malachi would have been disturbed. 

Looking at the shopping bags David had beside him that were packed to the brim, Malachi's heart stirred.
