Strongest Dad In The Apocalypse

Can't a father go out with his family again without something ruining it? I would have been happy if it had been just traffic causing the issue, but no, it had to be something much more outrageous – the apocalypse. Imagine what was supposed to be a family outing turning into a fight for survival against zombies in an instant. It doesn't change much, though. I'm still trying to be the best husband and father I can be, and the apocalypse ain't changing that!

No More Hesitating

Since Malachi did not think it would be a good idea to continue driving in the night where visibility was low and they had no idea of what could be roaming around, the family decided to stay in the car and only continue their journey in the morning.

"It seems like they're finally asleep," David stated as the light snores of his mother and sister filled his ears.

"Yes. Today must have really been a lot for them. I thought they'd have been energized after eating, but I think that only fastened their sleepiness," Malachi replied as he looked at his wife beside him.

Anna did not have quite a good expression on her face as she slept. Most times it was peaceful, but there were times her face would suddenly squeeze to a frown or an expression of intense fear. Mia in the backseat was in a similar situation as well.
