Missed Chances

Xin stared up at the white ceiling as she placed aside her phone in disappointment. She wanted to believe that he must be really busy but he had never before not answered a call from her. Her thumb hovered over the screen tempted to try calling him once more, but knowing that he was still angry at her, made her lose her courage and hope. Will he call her back or had she hurt him too badly. Usually Ru never kept grudges but when he did..
