Leo Harrell stood right behind them, his gaze deep and intense.
"Leo, why are you here?" As soon as Evelyn Smith approached, she saw him standing on the left side of the garden. Her eyes casually swept to the right side, catching sight of the intimate actions of the couple inside the pavilion, her lips curling with a hint of sarcasm.
Leo Harrell turned, wanting to leave.
But he was stopped by Evelyn's words, "I heard that Christopher Lewis may be preparing to marry."
The two of them stood very close, their arms even brushing against each other, but Evelyn felt as if the distance between them was growing further and further. Thinking of this made it somewhat difficult for her to breathe.
