Sophia Cloud finished speaking and turned around to look for the child, only to find that he was already standing behind her.
"What's wrong? I must have disturbed your sleep dealing with all these matters," Sophia said tenderly, a hint of guilt shining in her eyes as she ruffled Arthur's hair.
"It's okay, it's okay," Arthur said and sat aside, ready to quietly watch a good show. Susan Davis could no longer bear it, but she was unable to argue with Sophia Cloud. In an instant, she was infuriated.
Seeing that this woman was no longer as agitated, Sophia came to Arthur's side and whispered, "To make it up to you, let's go out to eat."
Arthur nodded and then gave Susan a glance without a word, took the child, and left, making sure to inform the nanny about the situation before departing.
If Susan made too much of a fuss, they would definitely call the police. Of course, Susan heard this and somewhat restrained herself, leaving only her alone in the villa to throw a tantrum.
