72.) This Battle is Won!!!

On the great evening of one of the most eventful Summer days. A day that men and women fought for the protection of an object. And object with more value than even its host. Not many know of its secrets but even so, they fight to keep it out of enemy hands. For its legend has one fact known between all who research it. It has six to the set and each can unlock a base fabric of existence. But together, they're said to hold a power that could threaten the entire omniverse! Today… a battle ensues for one of those very things… a key!

The battlefront held more than one battle. A fight between family members erupted on the edge of the Gahwardian clan in the northern sector. But the true weighted battle that'll decide a rousing step towards or away from a fate we all wish to avoid. Most of its combatants were fatigued on both sides. Even so two more show themselves at full power and health and continue where the rest had to leave off. They all thought it best to watch this battle then attack accordingly. Of course… They'd have to survive it themselves to do so. As their comrades had exploded with a burst of Presence Zenchi that was evenly matched. The weaker of the two was far better at Zenchi it would seem.

Uriyah: "I… don't like that shit one bit. I'll crush you… future Queen!"

Amiyama: "Oh BlEh!! *She fakes a motion for throwing up* You sound real corny for a dark skinned God. Beating me is something you'll have to do before saying you can "Do it!" Cause ya can't!" *PEW*

Uriyah is amazed by her speed which seemed to be slightly above his own. He could only think that her area of stat advantage was in all his worst and most needed ones. He used Mental Zenchi and extended an arm to catch her roundhouse kick from behind. Though for some odd reason… the hit still landed. He keeled over from the impact and flash away on instinct. Issue was… he went nowhere.

Slith: "What in the world!?"

Jabreeze: "Is she… canceling the events!!?"

Aiyama: "Keh! *Grin* Too little too late."

Aiyama looks up at Amiyama as her and Uriyah fought at high speeds with all eight of his arms drawn. He wanted to give himself as much room as possible to analyze what the hell was going on. But even that would be a mistake, the fool failed to realize the amount of heat her body retained at a constant. And it has been heightened in her wake of training. *SIZZLE*

"KAAAAHH!!!" Uriyah screams out as he leaps away from Amiyama and wiggles all eight of his hands to cool them down. Amiyama giggles at his predicament and gets into her created fighting style. Something her sweet husband helped her with. She brings her right arm to her front and her left arm to her waist. Set in a crescent formation, and with her left bent, supporting her light felt weight. She leans back and extends her right leg outward with her toes touching the ground.

Uriyah: "Mhm… well if that's the case. Reverse."

Amiyama: "Huh?... *FWIP* He vanished towards my right flank. I'll cut 'em off right here and-"

She had barely noticed in time, but she was forced to see the opposite of what's really happening. A 'Reverse' image as one could say. Uriyah had flanked her rear and made some contact with a four fist conjoinment. But, to his surprise… Amiyama felt just a slight rub on her clothing, and burst into a shaolin, low spin. That quickly turned into a leap as she blitzed his back. A twirl happens and her left hand is placed on his right shoulder. She's held vertically as she bends her body and brings her left foot down into the indent of his neck. A flame bursts forth and he's forced to retreat back a bit… once more.

(Damn, holding back is going to be the literal death of me! Time to go all out!) *PRCH* His thought is interrupted by a sudden palm strike to his chest.

Amiyama: "Cancel!"

Uriyah: *FWISH* "You… you actually canceled my ability to go all out. Well… too bad it's getting REVERSED!!!"

Amiyama opens her left palm once more as she's pushed back by the force of his technique. She releases another wave of Cancel Essence that causes both to cancel the other out. Amiyama is slightly pushed back, giving Uriyah the chance to counter. Amiyama isn't backing down and brings forth a great fist of flames. Then lunges forward, but Uriyah sees this coming thanks to a five second look into the future with Zenchi. He turns his left fist into a dense liquid and clashes head on with Amiyama. They create a vortex of steam that Uriyah uses as a cover by blending his molecules with that of what's found in the steam.

"Where'd that slippery bastard go!?" , she asked herself while keeping her guard up and looking for Uriyah. Just then, a blow had struck her on the back of the head. She swings her left arm around for a flaming back hand, but no contact. The flames get extinguished by the constant growth in density of the steam. Her body was slowly being weighed down by that same constant growth. She had to summon a higher heating point for her body which is usually always at ten trillion degrees Celsius. Right as she began to raise it, three more blows struck her head, her side and her stomach. She floats back trying to gain her ground.

"What's wrong Princess? Falling under the pressure? *PRCH* He smacks her in the face, which sends a jolt of anger into her being. She focuses a large amount of cancel essence in her flame. Then swings her arm outward, dispersing the steam as a result.

Uriyah: "WHAT!?"

Amiyama: "You surprised- What!?... He's gone even now!?"

Uriyab: *WRAP* "Of course! I could still blend with the small remnants of the steam's aquatic molecules. I hid and waited for an opening. Now your entire body will be wrapped in my tentacle arms!"

Amiyama: "Nrgh! UNH!! Un… hand me! You piece of shi- Mhm m-mrhm mhm!!!"

Her mouth is covered by his seventh arm which eventually wraps around her entire head and neck area. The bottom of her calves and feet were wrapped by the eighth arm. She squirmed and struggled while Uriyah turned the inner parts of his arms into water. He wanted to suffocate her completely, and others were unable to help thanks to Slith and Jabreeze. But Amiyama isn't a slouch and up her flame levels to the highest degree.

"That won't work this time." , he says as he raises the density of his water to a level that could sink a literal cosmic construct. Nearly becoming an in weight singularity of mass proportion. Amiyama turns into flames and enters his arms through the heat created within them. She follows up a single stream that flows all the way up to his bicep. She reforms the torso of her body and punches Uriyah square in the jaw.

Uriyah: (Oh, this bitch! She's forcing my damn hand!!!")

Amiyama reforms her entire body as all of Uriyah's arms retract. He flies back a few miles and regains his balance. They both attempt to catch their breath just a little bit. Then Uriyah brings up his hand and a spatial portal blesses the center of it.

"With this right hand, I invoke Spatial Expansion!!!" , and just like that, the great realm of space created by Uriyah had opened up on the battlefield. But to everyone's surprise, it looked no different than what was there before. But the essence was seen and the pressure was felt. Uriyah was showing off true training results now.

Uriyah: "Ah…" *Crack* *SNAP* *He fixes the cricks in his neck*

Amiyama: (I can tell just by looking. This is his territory or better yet… his playground.)

Uriyah: "Now let's get the real match started!" *FWIP* *BLUBLUBLU*

Amiyama: "H'WHAT!!?"

Amiyama is startled by his new leaps in speed. The advantage she had over him was now gone and tides started to shift. She tried to move herself out the way, but her body was being held in place. She attempted to break free using a rapid vibration of her molecules and heating them up to a spatial melting point. But the effects were stimulated as they activated. She activates Mental Zenchi and can see what's binding her. It was the space itself, by condensing a small piece of its total being and wrapping it around her person. She was now inevitably trapped and screwed over.

Uriyah: "Now then. *Smack* *smack* *FWIP* … (Hmm!?)

Uriyah steps back after smacking Amiyama on both sides of her face. He observes her actions after the hellish experience with her counters.

Uriyah: (She didn't burn me on contact and she's yet to use her canceling due to fear I'll reverse it.) "This is perrrfect!"

Amiyama: "The stronger combatant has to restrain the weaker? How pathetic!"

Uriyah: *Step* *step* "You think such a psychological attack would work? You've proved to me you were a threat to be wary of. No need for me to go the extra mile. I'm here to extract the Key. Putting you down temporarily will help do that. It's basically my mission over my pride right now."

Amiyama: "Urrnh!!! So… you say!" *She attempts to break free*

Uriyah: "It's exactly as I say! Holding you and your powers here is causing quite the toll so I'll dismantle you promptly!" *Prch* *Clench*

Back over yonder… where the likes of Gaia and Jollister fight.

*KaBLOOOOOM* Jollister and Gaia come flying out of a huge cloud of smoke. Jollister sends intersecting slashes at Gaia using both scythes at once. Her scepter summoned a shield that was shaped like a leaf. She reflects the attacks back at Jollister in order to disrupt his approach. She dashes in for him as he resets after dodging his own attack. He's a little slow on the uptake and gets blitzed with a toe tap to the chest. A blow of essence is shot out and Jollister is sent flying.

"Let me show you something neat!" *Grin* Gaia twirls her scepter on the side and brings it above her head. Then flips it into the air as she spun around

She then caught it and brought the head of the scepter down which then brought in… A LITERAL SOLAR SYSTEM!!!

Jollister: "Oh, she's being annoying on purpose. Humph!!!"

He flips over and regains the center of gravity, and stops his descent. Jolli then looks up and brings his death scythe above his head. "11 Death SKULLS!!!" , he yells just before bringing his scythe down and summoning a literal eleven planet sized skulls. He then waves his second scythe and causes the skulls to copy the very structure of the falling solar system.

Jollister: "My jester study allows me to actually bring mischief to reality and alter reality itself. This allowed me to alter their shape to a copycat level. Hence the technique's name, Copycat."

The two moves collide and the opposing essence signals of life and death end up canceling each other out. Gaia attempts to blitz Jollister once more but is intercepted, and their weapons clash. Causing them both to be repelled in the opposite direction. Jollister manages to regain himself first and leapt high up. His blades come down in an 'X' formation. Gaia blocks the blades then blocks a downwards strike from his death scythe. She uses the bottom of her scepter and repels the strike. Then spins and uses the top to do the same to an upward slash from his jester scythe. The slash glitches and repeats while her guard has an opening. She flashes her body and lowers herself with the top of the scepter stopping the blow in its tracks.

"Tsss!! What a pest you are!"

Gaia: "Indeed!" *SWISH*

Gaia stands up and swings her scepter at his head only for him to duck out the way. He trips her with a sweep using the blade of his Jester's Scythe. He then brings it above his head for a clean cut down the middle of Gaia. But Gaia had other plans, and twisted her body one full rotation before planting her right arm in the ground. She holds her scepter horizontally behind her back and uses the heel of her left stiletto to stop the blade. She shoots out essence to push him back then propels herself upwards. Gaia lands on her feet and immediately goes into a twirl while pivoting on her right foot. She swings her scepter at Jollister's face and he blocks with both his scythe in an 'X'.

"I'm not done yet!" Gaia yelled just before pushing the scythes over Jollister's head and near his feet on his right side. Gaia then pulls the scepter back slightly and shoots right back in between the two scythes. The scepter was flipped and forced the scythes to intersect further. One was above the shaft of the scepter with Gaias left foot on top of it. The other was below the shaft with Gaia's right foot placed atop the shaft.

Jollister: "What!? N-Nrgh Mrhm!! I can't get them free!"

Gaia: "Of course not!" *SWISH*

Jollister: "You- huh!? *PRCH* GAHH!!!"

Gaia headbutts Jollister and leaps up. She kicks the edge of the scepter and the three weapons free each other. She grabs the end of the shaft and twists around to her left. Bringing the scepter to a high swinging point with both hands on the shaft now. Then a huge gust of wind is summoned and used to up the ante of the blow Jollister receives. He's sent flying as a result and Gaia chases after him.

In the meantime, Haydes was getting close to the entrance to the Phoenix Empire. As he got closer, he used Mental Zenchi to see ahead and figure out the outcome. Upon doing so, he began to feel the small bursts of essence leaking out.

Haydes: "Seeing as it's going to end like that. I'll wait on the outside and see who exits, then go accordingly. Let's see an upset Amiyama, that dumbass doesn't know you're a good actor."

Haydes slowed his pace down a couple notches in order to come to a complete stop just before getting into the Phoenix's territory. He would find the perfect spot for watching everything go down. Upon getting within one astronomical unit's worth of distance, a strong surge of essence shot out from the deep, inner sanctums of the Empire. For Haydes, it was a familiar, yet terrifying feeling that sent a chill down his spine.

"Mhmm… Amiyahss." , he says just after stopping his advancement. Amiyahss was busy within the Empire, halting all destruction that can and will be caused by the battle. A small collection of her strongest and most trusted elites assist her. They man the sectors in order to lower the load and toll put on her and Aiyahss. Amongst the elites were Alissa and Terkshaw, who were making sure the main capital would go untouched.

Amiyahss: "Aiyahss."

Aiyahss: "Yeah?"

Amiyahss: "We're going to have to up our output. Not only has the one my daughter is fighting opened his dominion, but it would seem Amiyama has called in two more fighters."

Aiyahss: "One of which is… MIAMORI!? She's not planning to!?"

Amiyahss: "She is… she's going to form a Great Phoenix!"

Aiyahss: "Tch! Everyone be ready. Two people with the strength of 30s is a serious threat to our people! I need everyone to concentrate and combine our efforts! Let's keep this Empire safe!"

Elites: "YES SIR!!!"

The essence levels began to skyrocket while the battle continued. Meanwhile… on the battlefield. Amiyama was slightly beaten to tatters whilst still being wrapped in a bundle of pure spatial pressure. Demetri, Aiyama, Kimichi and Yolmi were all caught as well while Slith and Jabreeze healed.

Uriyah: "You guys are about ready to take what we came for!?"

Slith: "Yeah… I can take it regardlessss of resistance."

Jabreeze: "Leave it to us. Just make sure the others don't break free."

Uriyah: "Ha… surely you jest! The strongest amongst them is at my beckon call. Isn't that right, Princess.

Amiyama manages to pull her head up with blood dripping from her forehead and scratches all over her face. Aiyama looks up too with nothing less of pure anger and rage. Disgraced that he, a future King… could NOT protect his future partner Queen. It's one of their basic duties and he has failed to do so. But… as Haydes said before. No one seems to know how good Amiyama is at lying.

"Color of Blackened Purple & Blue: Spatial Delete!!!" , yelled a voice from just outside the dome of the Domain. Uriyah could feel a literal hole being blown into his 'Space'. From it came Miamori with a fist of fire and… Kaguro!! A fist of red, orange and yellow wrapped around his right fist and turned into blazing flames. They both blitz Uriyah, but he was able to block with his tentacles and summoned water just before making contact.

Uriyah: "You two won't make a difference! This battle is already won!"

Kaguro: "Then it's a good thing we came to assist our next Queen and King."

Uriyah: "Just how do you plan to do that?"

Amiyama: "By feeding us you dumbass."

Uriyah: "What!?"

Amiyama had broken free by constantly stacking Cancel-essence on top of itself more than three hundred times. Uriyah tries to frantically put her back into a bind but is blitzed instead.

"I still have the speed advantage!" Amiyama yelled as she punched him and released his grip on the others. Kaguro takes a chance to land a blow and kicks Uriyah up high but hitting the center of his back. Then Miamori knocks 'em right back down with an amazing dropkick to his stomach. The collected damage made his concentration falter and his domain was dispelled. Just then, Slith and Jabreeze attempt to get the jump on them.

Amiyama: "Huh? (Oh, I don't think so!) Absolute Cancel!!!"

The injuries of everyone that fought before her were healed in an instant. This causes both Slith and Jabreeze to be knocked into the Uriyah as he is getting back up. *Boom* *BOOMM* But Uriyah has regained himself and stops their collision with a single hand. They're both kept on their feet as Uriyah clears the dust. Right when he does… they get an annoying, irritable sight. Amiyama and the others were floating right above him with smug smiles of pure delight.

Slith: "What'sss there to be smiling about-"

Uriyah: "Hold it… something's off." *He holds Slith back by extending his arm across his chest*

Amiyama: (Smart bastard.) "Seems this one isn't as slow as I thought. Heh, but… I do have to admit, He's well beyond the power I was informed about when studying the Beast Clan. So…"

Slith: "Aiyama has taken the stand next to her. What's… about to happen!?"

Jabreeze: "Low IQ as usual huh? Well… it's not like she isn't about to explain it."

Amiyama and Aiyama cross their arms while the others summon a huge amount of Flaming Essence. They started to create a dome that began welling up.

Amiyama: "We gods that are of Elemental or Animalistic Elemental origins. Are actually able to combine our essence and molecules to form a greater being. It's a bit different from fusion since the stronger god always gets the reins. Better to call it a temporary assimilation."

Uriyah: "It's… just as I thought." *his tone changes and his presence is felt on a much higher frequency*

Aiyama: "What you'll be witnessing. Is the birth of 2 Great Phoenixes! Everyone!"

Everyone behind them gets at the ready. And brings out the rest of the essence they can offer.

Aiyama: "Prepare to give us your everything!!!"

Everything has been set for a great upset in battle. Those who refuse to give up the key come together for the best option they have. With Jollister holding off Gaia and Haydes lying in wait. A new Great Phoenix will.be born as the battle for the Key draws to a close!
