A Surprise and Another Era

Abaddon continued its carnage, tearing apart any organisms in its way much like the Dragon it killed earlier. One of the sauropods in a vain attempt to kill Abaddon by trampling on it using mana to make its attack stronger. Almost immediately Abaddon put its arm forward and raised its hand up, causing an extremely large spike to appear underneath the sauropod killing it instantly.

It roared out in pain as it thrashed around, trying to get the spike out, causing more blood to spill out. Eventually, it let out a dying roar and slumped to the ground dead, with its eyes growing pale almost immediately. Overtime Abaddon's exterior began to reshape and become more demonic looking, it had formed legs with about five toes, and more humanoid hands with three fingers and a thumb, and it had molded its head into a demonic one, with three crimson eyes and no mouth and four horns on the top of its head. Instead of normal human skin, it shaped its body into a pure black carapace.

"Abaddon's developing his body rather beautifully, wouldn't you say system?"

[Yes host, the being known as "Abaddon" is truly becoming a villain best suited for this world]

"How long till this little apocalypse is complete?"

[It will be done shortly as long as Abaddon continues its course around the contienent]

Hearing that Lukas closed his eyes and began imaging a diet soda, and a refill of popcorn. Almost immediately the items appeared in his hands and he took a big sip and watch as Abbadon continued its path of carnage. However something odd appeared in front of Abbadon, a lifeform Lukas had never seen before. It was a humanoid ant with two large fists and its skin color was gold, not a bright yellow but pure gold looking. Both of the creatures starred at each other, one a being of true destruction and the other a lifeform of a prehistoric era that went unseen by god.

"System how did that creature hide away from me?"

[Unforutnly host it is the first of its kind, and while its mana storage capabilities are the same as other creatures, its affinity for mana is lower than average]

[It does have extremely powerful physical abilities alongside speed, durability, and strength which more than makes up for its mana affinity]

"Eh, now is a better time than anything to test its prowess against our little incarnation of destruction."

Leaning in, Lukas took another handful of popcorn and munched down. The first punch was thrown by the gold ant, it had charged forward aiming for Abaddon's head. Abaddon stepped to the side and grabbed the gold ant's arm and shoved it to the ground. Instead of trying to get out of Abaddon's grip, it charged forward with all its might stumbling Abbadon. The gold ant turned around gathering momentum. Abaddon saw this and mimicked the golds ant motion. The gold ant roared out while Abaddon stayed calm, and soon both fists clashed causing a small shockwave.

The ground sunk beneath them as debris scattered all around them. Then another fist followed, and they began a full-on brawl, trying to kill each other with nothing but their fist and physical capabilities. However...

"Abaddon's magical capabilities are much higher than the gold ants yet it's relying on its physical capabilities to kill the gold ant, why?"

[Perhaps Abaddon wishes to test its physical prowess instead of just relying on its magical capabilities which are well above all current and future organisms]

"That makes sense, but the downside is there's a risk to it."

[What do you mean host]

"Simply put, risk of death."

Once Lukas said that Abaddon was launched straight across the forest and right into Yggdrasil earning a groan of pain. Abaddon looked up and saw the gold ant charging straight towards it, with its fist held up high ready to slam down. Seeing this Abaddon started charging as well, but mana began covering its skin making it faster, more durably, and much stronger than before. Once their fists clashed this time, the gold ant reeled back in pain with its arm physically mangled and injured.

Seeing this the gold ant quickly tore its arm off roaring out in pain, and just as quickly tossed it aside. Almost instinctively the gold ant began gathering all its stored mana into its remaining arm, making it bigger and stronger, transferring the rest of its mana to its legs. It charged forward, straight for Abaddon's chest, going for the kill. Seeing this Abaddon gathered its mana and channeled it into its fist as well. As the gold ant's fist neared Abbadons chest, Abbadon used its fist to catch it.

The gold ant looked at Abaddon in surprise before it felt an instant rush of pain, as Abaddon crushed its humongous fist. The gold ant slowly stepped backward looking at Abaddon in fear and dropped to its knees in despair. Seeing this Abaddon put its index finger on its head and a small blue flame gathered at its tip. Immediately it burst forth spreading across the gold ant's body killing it instantly.

"In the end, the only thing it had was amazing physical strength, without any brains or magical affinity it lost."

[Indeed host, it does serve as a fine prototype for the next humanoid species to devolpe]

"Maybe next time they'll have some brains to go with that brawn."

"Anyway has Abaddon caused enough damage yet, or does he need to destroy something else?"

[No host enough destruction has been caused to call this an extinction event]

"Ok send Abaddons brothers to retrieve him, and tell them to make it a big show."

[Acknolwedge host]

Once Lukas said that an extremely large blue portal opened over Abbadons head, and out of it stepped nine figures. Each of them looked angelic and slowly floated down to Abaddon, surrounding it. Each one of the angelic figures held their hands out and a string of blue energy slowly approached Abaddon. Seeing this Abaddon tried firing one of its blue fireballs but it immediately dissipated once it touched the blue mana string. Abaddon tried dodging the strings but one by one they attached themselves to it.

Once all the strings were attached they began floating into the air back into the blue portal with Abaddon still thrashing trying to go back down.

"Now that's done the next era can begin, correct system?"

[Yes host, there should already be some new species developing]

"Probably won't be as actiony as the primordial and prehistoric, but it should still be interesting."

Lukas munched down on some popcorn, waiting for the next show to begin.

Chapter 5 is done, and as you can see I changed Devil's name to Abbadon. Thought it was more fitting, I plan on editing chapter 4 as well, no need for a reread though its just a small change.
