You And I, Wrong Or Right

The behemoth leapt in her direction, throwing his full weight at her as he tried to bite down on her.

Foslauz evaded the charge, carried away by the wind, however, now that Dramentia had set his twisted mind on killing her, he waste any second and instantly molded himself in the right position to attack again.

He could endlessly rush at her and no amount of crashing into buildings would slow him down, turning into shapeless white goo and reshaping before resuming again, over and over.

No matter how many times she diced him up or blew his whole body away, he didn't even flinch.

All the while never stopping to laugh by himself and calling her 'butterfly', repeating the exact same sentences over and over without realising it.

It barely took a few minutes before the entirety of the deserted city was demolished, under the bright and warm light of the sun, even this scene seemed peaceful, waves of debris and dust where risen everytime the melting dragon moved in the slightest, only to all be blown away in the next instant.

Feeling multiple blast of winds coming his way once more, Dramentia's chest puffed up absurdly as he grew additional heads, shooting his own gust of winds to intercept Foslauz's and revealing another head, much larger than the other.

This one sending forth an incredibly high-pitched sound waves, which was promptly deviated from its target as the heroine momentarily pushed all of the wind around her until the attack had gone by.

Dramentia snickered as he pushed himself high up into the air during the instant she couldn't shoot him down, raining down all sorts of flames onto the ruined city.

Still, amidst the dark, golden and whatever flames all over the place, The Pyrite Heroine wasn't hit at all, her wind magic extinguishing any that got too close.

She didn't seem very tired about it either, until now, the two of them had just been doing the equivalent of throwing snowballs at each other, nothing that could actually worry either of them.

However, while Dramentia had no problem doing this until the end of time, Foslauz couldn't do this all day and didn't want him to burn down even more land than he already had.

While the mad dragon was busy puking lava everywhere, she pulled out a rolled up piece of paper, unlike what one could imagine, this scroll wasn't all old and torn on the edges, it was brand, made just for this occasion.

After all, when you can't kill something, you lock it up somewhere you don't have to worry about.

Sealing seemingly unbeatable opponents was a classic tactic, even if it came at a price.

Foslauz already guessed from what she had heard that her wind magic wouldn't cut the deal with Dramentia, but the dragon wasn't exactly easy to approach, and seeing his particular physique, she understood that leaving even a tiny piece of that walking madness behind would be a grave mistake.

Taking a hold of the scale she had brought with her, she cracked her neck.

Thankfully, his hunger for his own kind was something she could make use of.

Holding up the scale, she didn't even need to say anything that it seemed like Dramentia already knew what she had in mind, as if he had read it.

He suddenly stopped what he was doing and darted to a position right in front of her, appearing as a blur until he landed, about fifty meters in front of her.

He tilted his head to the side, willing to entertain whatever the butterfly had in mind, like he had for the primeval and ancestral dragon.

"Are you certain~~?" he asked before she could get a word out, he really was inside of her head already, meaning he knew exactly what she was preparing.

He didn't fear it though, there was no ounce of fear in his body, he didn't know what being afraid was like, he only knew what it looked like.

"I have a better idea for you, I will attack you once and if you manage to survive it without moving an inch, I will let you seal me, what do you thiiink~?" he made puppy eyes, making the heroine's skin crawl like never before.

"How am I supposed to trust you?" she retorted while raising an eyebrow at his offer.

Many things could be said about Dramentia and 'trustworthy' wasn't one of them, one look at him was enough for anyone to know this.

"If you have a better idea, try it" right as he said this, he revealed that he had left some of his malleable flesh underground when he had slipped through the cracks, as a dome covered the entire city in a few moments.

At least, it was a dome visually, it was actually a hollow sphere that began floating up, leaving a perfect cut into the ground, where a beautiful city had once been.

"Huh" she didn't react much and just held her weapon with one hand as if she was carrying a torch as an ungodly amount of wind started concentrating around the tip of her swordstaff.

Meanwhile, she could only watch as Dramentia prepared his own attack, watching as heads and heads sprouted from his body, each charging up the same laser breath as the ancestral dragon before merging with one another, only once the one-hundreth head had been merged did the melting dragon point his open maw toward the heroine.

"One" he began counting.

"Two" only to release the laser right as he got to the middle point, unleashing a bright pillar of light of utter brightness.

Looking as if he had eaten the sun and spat it back out in Foslauz's direction.

His laughter rang out even stronger that the oppressing sound of the laser somehow, The Pyrite Heroine stood her ground and brought down her blade, unleash a wind slash, whose property was the only reason she hadn't already moved out of the way.

Rather than simply cutting through the air, it cut a gash into space itself, the gash slicing the laser in two and diverging its current into two.

Dramentia clapped thousands of paws at this impressive move, which he should have expected if he had really been reading her mind from the start, still, he went through with his plan with an attack he knew could be countered.

"That's hilarious"
