Stolen By The Moon

Astor was the first son of the HighFangs’ Alpha, a young man who was supposed to be the next leader of the pack if fate had not decided to laugh at him On the tragic day he was born, he brought a curse with him, that’s what everyone told him, and that’s why everyone hated him. Growing up he had never felt happiness. The abuse and loneliness made him hate his pack, his own people, but a promise to his mother kept him chained there, unable to be free. “My poor Astor, please help your brother become a good leader. My lovely child, forgive me” she had pleaded before she left him. He would always do as he was told, stay silent, and obey trying to not lose the last bit of family he had, the little purpose in his life until even his own family betrayed him. The brother he had tried so hard to support had thrown him away, leaving him in a place he did not know with a man that scared him, hovering over him like a deadly beast. “I must truly be cursed.” He had cried, wishing for his life to end. “You? Cursed? How can someone as beautiful as you be cursed?” the man told him and from that moment on his whole life changed.

Feelings of Disgust

August's house was extravagant. A mansion that was almost solely decorated to make sure that everyone knew how rich he was. From the golden furniture to the expensive paintings on the walls and the random statues in every corner, his house had no similarity with that of Ren's. This place seemed like a cacophony compared to where Astor had recently moved. Somehow he couldn't help but think of his brother. He was almost sure that Zeth would decorate his house like this if he could, he was a show-off too after all.

"Are you an enjoyer of the arts?" August asked him, probably because he had noticed how he stared at the paintings wide-eyed. They were the only things in this small lounge that he had brought that did not hurt his eyes.

"Something like that, all of the paintings are beautiful here." he told him, trying not to show how nervous he was. He had no idea what this man wanted from him exactly or why he had brought him here. When Astor arrived he had been accompanied by a gloomy-looking maid, a young werewolf, to this room. He had sat alone for a while, a good twenty minutes, and for a second he had believed that maybe August wouldn't come and that he would be able to leave as if nothing happened.

To his disappointment though the man entered the room a bit after he had that thought, dressed in a black suit with a dark orange tie. It was the first thing Astor had noticed on him. That tie is hideous, he had thought, trying to distract himself from the way his dark blue eyes scanned him as if he was some kind of meal.

The white-haired werewolf had stood up, wanting to be polite but the man had signaled him to sit down, asking him how he was and if Ren was alright. He answered all of the questions as dryly as he could, wanting to still be polite and now, August was walking toward a small cupboard, opening it, and taking out a shimmering glass of whiskey.

"You look a bit tense, how about we relax a bit." he told him, and a lump started to form in Astor's throat. The golden liquid was poured into two cups with a single ice cube in them. He hadn't even noticed when or how those had gotten there.

August handed him the glass.

"I'm sorry." Astor said with a small smile. "But I do not drink."

"Oh, but I insist."

"I am not very fond of the taste the truth is." he lied, trying to get the glass of alcohol away from him.

"It's really expensive. Trust me, it will taste like honey and it will make you relax." he repeated, pushing the glass towards him. Astor looked cornered, diving into the armchair he was seated. "Drink it." August repeated, his look and tone suddenly getting colder. He took the glass in his hands and sipped hastily, tasting the liquor. It did taste good, he thought but that did not make him relax at all. The way August stood right in front of him, pinning him down with just one look as he waited for him to drink more. Astor's hand traveled discreetly in his pocket. It was still there, the button Nash had given him, and, true they had not taken it away from him as they did with his phone.

He took another sip, a bigger one this time hoping that that would make him step back. Faking a smile he pretended to enjoy the drink.

"You were right, it does taste really good." he told him and August smiled cockily.

"I told you, the more expensive it is, the better. Just like you…" he started talking but Astor couldn't focus on his last words. Suddenly his speech sounded dragged, his eyelids getting heavy, keeping his eyes open a struggle.

The glass fell from his hands, landing on the carpet and his head touched the armchair. In panic the werewolf tried to move but it was as if he had no control of his body. He was facing the ceiling, looking at the blurry yellow light as everything began to fade, his consciousness leaving him.

Astor did not know how much time had passed when he woke up again. His eyelids fluttered slowly as the events of before flashed violently in his hazy mind. Panicking he tried to get up only to realize that he was tied. All of his clothes were missing, except his underwear and he had been tied to a chair. His ankles and his wrists, wrapped with a rough rope, restraining him. He tried to break free but his body was still weak, he felt disoriented, trapped in his own mind as he watched August walk towards him.

"What…what is going on?" he mumbled and August laughed.

"You sound drunk" he mocked him as he leaned closer. His hands once more grabbed his cheek, his fingertips diving deep into his skin. "I thought you were perfect but what is that on your back?" he asked him. Astor took a few moments to think, realizing that the man was talking about his scar.

"My scar. It won't go away. When an Alpha hurts you the scars are hard to get rid off."

Astor had a huge and nasty scar on his back from when he was young. His father had inflicted it on him as punishment.

August's claws came out, digging holes into his cheeks and Astor's eyes widened, a gasp of pain coming from his dried throat.

"You should have been perfect!" August exclaimed.

This man was crazy, Astor thought. He needed to get out of there but once more he had found himself helpless. He had drugged him with something so strong that the effects were not wearing off even though he was a werewolf. Astor tried not to cry, the wounds from the claws slowly healing on his skin as the man paced back and forth.

"I like expensive things, things that are perfect, and you…"

"I am not a thing." Astor retaliated before he felt August's palm land on his cheek. The same cracking sound, the same stinging on the jaw like Nash's that night. He bit the inside of his cheek, he needed to be silent. This was nothing, he thought, he had been worse after all.

"Who would know though? That I was with something that wasn't perfect?" he mumbled, seeming to be driven by some kind of madness about perfection. "I wanted you." he told him. "You are a werewolf but your skin is pale as snow, your eyes so green, and your hair…your hair is pure white! I had never seen something like this before." he told him and his palm landed on his torse.

Astor felt as if he was going to throw up. The man came closer, his nose touching the side of his neck and he frowned, wishing for him to get as far away as possible. He had made a mistake, he should have never accepted to come here but his stupid pride and anger ruined everything.

"No one has to know." August whispered to himself as his palm started to travel lower, getting to his abdomen and Astor froze, his eyes growing bigger as he realized what could happen. He started moving, making himself fall back with the chair.

"Be good now!" August shouted before he kicked him in the stomach, making a small whine escape him. He came closer again, no matter what he did he couldn't avoid it and his eyes watered at the thought of being touched by him.

"Please…" he cried, feeling his fingertips travel on his bare skin, going towards his underwear. Once more August's claws came out, drawing ugly scratches on the pale skin, painting his body red with blood.

"Why did you agree to come here then? Didn't you know?" he asked him, whispering into his ear.

He cut the restraints from his ankles, a swift slash with his claws and his legs were free. Astor kicked the man in the stomach, the same way he had done before but he didn't budge, he was too weak to stand against him. He only managed to annoy him more, making him wrap his hands around his neck, suffocating him.

"Will you be good or will I kill you right here?" he threatened him and tears escaped from Astor's eyes. He couldn't keep it in anymore, he couldn't play strong. For what reason did he need to? For his pride, his self-esteem? There was nothing left of that as August violated him, and he threatened to kill him. Why had he accepted? Why didn't he listen to them? Why? Why? He screamed in his head.

August placed his hands on Astor's knees, taking them away from his neck and finally allowing him to breathe. He pushed his legs open, making the white-haired werewolf gag with disgust and he laughed, enjoying his pain. His fingertips grabbed the band of his underwear slowly pulling them down.

In that moment all Astor could think of was that he wanted to be saved. He wanted all of this to be over. He wasn't strong enough to do it as he had boasted last night. Just feeling the man touched him made him want to die, he actually preferred to die from having him take off his underwear.

"Please…he cried again, as he felt August try to touch him. "Ren…" he cried out, the only thought in his brain was the strong man with the angry eyes, the one who had promised to help him, the one who had promised him his revenge.

"He won't come." August told him obnoxiously. "He sent you here remember? Why would he…what the hell?" The old werewolf exclaimed and stood up, letting go of Astor right before the unthinkable happened. A scream echoed in the air, the voice of a woman and rushing footsteps. The door of the lounge opened wide but Astor could not see who had entered the room, he was on the floor after all.

"Sir you need to run! They will kill us all!" an unknown woman shouted her voice filled with despair.
