Chapter 35: “Do you want to meet your soulmate?”
"I'm curious, do you have someone you like, Rodya?"
Rodion immediately paused his hands from mopping and gazed back at the prince. He was lying on his stomach on the bed, propped his chin on his hand while his elbows supported him. His feet swung playfully in the air.
"Well?" he once again asked with a soft smile, patiently waiting to hear his answers. He watched him resume mopping the floor. Rodion's braided hair swung over his shoulder as he leaned slightly forward, moving his arms that clutched the mop's wooden handle, back and forth to the floor, meticulously running the wet mop on the dirty floor.
"Why do you want to know?"
"I'm curious about how it feels on your part, that's all. Despite being alive for more than 5 centuries, I hadn't experienced the feeling of being in love. Perhaps you can tell me, come on, don't be shy. Is there someone you like?"
He sounds like a high school teenage girl in a sleepover… Rodion scoffed inwardly.
