Chapter 6

Nyx made his way back to the motel, his mind filled with thoughts and plans. He completed the checkout process, leaving behind the small but neat room that had been his temporary refuge. With his belongings in tow, he moved towards his next destination - a park located near the residential building he intended to break into.

Finding a quiet spot in the park, Nyx sat down to rest. The setting sun painted the sky with hues of orange and red, casting long shadows on the ground. It was a peaceful scene, a stark contrast to the turmoil that was brewing within Nyx.

As he sat there, Nyx's mind began to wander back to his life before this transmigration. Back then, he was just an ordinary man living an ordinary life. He worked hard, saved money, and used it to travel and explore various places. His life was simple but fulfilling.

Nyx came to the underground parking lot of the building he was going to sneak in and called out his system. After calling out many times without getting any response from Jujo, he realized that the system was angry and sulking after he teased it in the ice cream shop.

"Jujo, my sweet cute baby, are you still angry with me?"

"...."Jujo ignored him.

"Darling, please forgive me ok?" After coaxing the system for a long time but still getting no response, Nyx decided to play the emotional card.

"Jujo, I only have you in this world to rely on and you're my only family too. you ignore me like this. aren't I pitiful???"

Jujo saw through his act and decided to play along with him, " Really, you mean it?"

"Yes," Nyx replied thinking he succeeded.

" then can you do anything for me?"

Nyx paused for a second and thought that some was fishly. but again thinking that it's his own silly system which has a 5th-grade student mentality, he bravely replied, "Of course, I can do anything for you."

" Then go and jump out of this building to prove it to me," Jujo said smugly.

"...." Nyx thought ' Where did my silly system learn to talk like this? Is this the famous rebellious phase? '

" Hahaha Jujo, Don't joke. we are civilized people. we should solve the problems through talks, not violence. Our family is a very harmonious family, no need for domestic violence"

Jujo sneered and said nothing. Nyx coaxed and praised Jujo for a long before it forgave him.

"Jujo, hack the elevator and the security system of the building"

After Nyx used the elevator to reach the presidential suite on the top floor of the building and entered the suite without any problem with the system assistance. He looked around the fully furnished suite and marveled at the luxurious setting.
