One of the latent abilities of the human species that Cid developed while fighting in this world was threat sense, which allowed him to recognize and anticipate an impending attack from an enemy in his immediate vicinity.

The other skill, referred to as a reflexive strike because it was based on body reflex and constant sharpening of the sword strike, was instinct-based.

An incredible ability that enabled him to deal with enemies that were challenging to defeat with normal body speed while also allowing him to detect threats and strike instinctively.

Without pausing to think, Cid's body instinctively moved in tandem with the enemy's sword strike, causing his head to spin in the air before the boy grabbed his severed head from the hair.

Cid grinned as he heard the voice coming from behind him and the sword strike heading toward his neck.

"That was really a perfect way to sneak up on me, my friend, but I had trained my body in a way that made my body tend to move before my mind could."

Before the cunning swordsman passed away, he at last experienced a sense of helplessness as he realized that the other party had not even used magic to kill him, despite the fact that he had previously seen him use it to deal with the men holding the gun and increase his speed.

"Ara! He is already dead." Throwing the head away helped Cid calm down as he examined the bodies of the merchants and noticed a woman who appeared to have been murdered after being raped.

Cid walked over to cover the woman's body and untie the merchants who had been hanged to death so they could be given a proper funeral.

'This is all I could have done.' As he moved toward the main goal of the quest, he muttered as he placed their body inside the hole and completely buried them inside using a swords strike.

"Save alpha!"

That was the main task for the day, and when he discovered the piece of meat inside the cage that was completely rotting, Cid calmly touched the body and used the system completion notice to teleport both himself and the piece of meat to the base he had built on the outskirts of the city in which he lived.

Cid was astounded to discover that the Blue Rose Sword was one of the divine anime artifacts known as sword art online.

Although it was only present in a virtual reality MMORPG, Cid was currently receiving something that looked exactly like it in the real world.

Additionally, the sword's inherent strength and ability to slice through anything in its path made it a truly incredible weapon.

Finally, this sword has the ability to unleash a magical attack that can instantly freeze the entire city if Cid can master its ability, which is also known as Release Recollection.

Cid thought as he looked at the weird thing in front of him and finally used one of the two abilities that were given to him by the system for the completion of the quest.

When he used the mental chant to activate the power, the mana within his body began to shower out of his hand and enter Alpha's body. As Alpha's body began to turn back and bundle up, it took on a more human appearance.

"Beautiful..." Cid was prepared for it, but he could not help but utter those words as he stared at the girl who had changed in front of him, appeared next to her with a mana step, grabbed her by the body, and moved her over to the sofa.

He used the clothing he had just purchased from the system as he sensed the girl's regular breathing and, with a single command, found it covering Alpha's body.

'Hmm!' Opening her eyes, the girl saw Cid standing in front of him with a confused expression as she looked at her hands and felt tears well up in her eyes.

The girl appeared to be awakening from her sleep.

"Did you cure me from that all?"

Even though she could not recall how it all began, she could still clearly recall being that rotten person, and she could tell that the boy in front of her must have been the catalyst for her being able to return to her normal self.

"Indeed, that would be me... But it was my duty, so do not mind that all given that I had my own use of yours, so I only did so to get you under me."

In contrast to the previous Cid, Izumi (in Cid form) did not attempt to conceal anything from her and laid everything bare for her, explaining to her how this might be the product of an organization and providing information about it that he had gleaned from an anime.

With this all set up, Cid (Izumi inside) finally threw the final trump and found the girl smiling as she held his hand to stand up and nod at him while saying.

"It was you who saved me from that fate, so I will come with you to the end of my life, my lord." It was successful brainwashing.

"Good, I do not need your life; you have to prioritize your life, as you know this is not my only body and you have only one life, okay?"

When Cid saw Alpha eating the ramen that he had just finished preparing and was about to finish before she grabbed more and continued to eat, he instinctively patted her head.
